Brabazon hanger in south glos or Bristol aside there are benefits to having another city centre venue which could support outdoor supports such as track based events. Whether that’s desirable for us or not is another question

I can see why the entitled side of Bristol are fuming in their belief that Bristol City Council appear supportive of BRFC in acquiring a site for a new Stadium, especially as they have no choice but to pay their Council Tax like the rest of us. Perhaps BCC are sympathetic towards BRFC in regard to the huge disparity between the funding of both Clubs.

BCC have granted every planning application that either club has applied for. From the various attempts at re-developing the Mem to the Ashton Vale project. Both sets of fans just struggle to see through their own partisan mist. |
