We are filling out our stadium with a month to go to fixtures. That’s on return to league one.
Imagine if we made it to the championship.
We are outgrowing the Mem. When have we been able to say that before? That’s a reflection of recent progress on and off the pitch and of the declining state of the Mem.
We’re down to just shy of 10k now. What will it be before we leave?
We desperately need the investment in planning behind the scenes into the FM to pay off imminently. We’ve not needed a new ground this much this side of the millennium.

I just want a new artists impression of a stadium, the UWE one is so outdated.

I’d happily walk from Dorset if it meant the dream of a new stadium became a reality. As long as it’s still in Bristol and not on the outskirts like so many modern soulless bowls. C’mon Wael, you know it makes sense….us old farts ain’t getting any younger and what a legacy…. UTG and I’ll join you walking from Dorset to the new stadium, anyone else? 👀 IPG I’ll join the pair of you. I’ll be ok to Blandford but you may need to carry me from there!! But yes, come on Wael, sort it out. UTG!

Obviously it looks like that we can afford to loose money in sales, the team is moving forward but the ground that we use is going backwards, it will take years and years of lost sales revenue, people can’t even get a ticket for the start of the season, best we start booking tickets for the last game of the season before the season has even started

Would Rovers stadium be as large as trashton? Much bigger Dave, you’ll need to take a mono-rail to get to the bogs. Give yourself an uppercut for even asking.

Getting to the Mem from any direction is no walk in the park mind, especially anytime after 1pm. I usually leave on Thursday morning for a home game….true story.

I'd like straight sides, filled corners, 1 large single tier "Thatchers Tote End" behind one goal with great acoustics Other than that, the architects can go crazy

Would the present poor economic situation effect the developers proposals for the site. The student accommodation proposals for the Mem collapsed when the banking crash lead to a recession we now have another recession looming. There are plenty of other large scale developments still proceeding in Bristol and the UK as a whole. It was only announced last week the Galleries is going to be bulldozed and rebuilt. With the imminent introduction of the congestion charge at £9 i think any development in the Broadmead area is stupid and i hate to think what effect that would have on any FM development stadium or not ! 2 of my customers based in Broadmead have said they are looking to move out of their shops to outside the Congestion Zone because they fear a massive drop in revenue.

Don't worry after 40 years of dreams of a new stadium, by the time we get one we will be driven around in our own robot chaffeured, wind powered flying pods, so congestion charges will be no problem

The £9 only applies to older diesels and not private cars. However, the charges as what’s called sustainable development (less resources and money) so it’s a good thing.

I rarely ever drive into Bristol....as what i need is at Cribbs, local shops and online Just saw that the wife's car (nearly 23 year old) is private, petrol and will cost £9 My van too (21)....private and diesel. My main grip is the part of the Portway (A4) should not be included. The £9 only applies to older diesels and not private cars.
