imo we're only a couple more weeks of bad results away from that real toxic feeling around the club where many gasheads actively want us to lose so the manager's sacked. Happens at every club up and down the country and it's a shitfest of situation to be in, wright or wrong. As for tonight, God knows. I thought Saturday was very toxic post match. Boos at full time, followed by a chorus of ‘that was embarrassing.’ Plenty of unsavoury hand gestures directed at the team and manager too. I think GC is on borrowed time. I really hope we don’t start our revolving door of managers policy again like we had pre-DC but I also don’t think GC will be in charge come May. I don’t think GC’s replacement will be in charge come May.

Happens at every club up and down the country and it's a shitfest of situation to be in, right or wrong. As for tonight, God knows. To be honest, in that sense I don’t think a couple more defeats would be the worst thing if it leads to a total re-think by the board with regards to what they expect from the manager. But this is Bristol Rovers- they will sack GC and appoint some former manager of Coventry and Plymouth who will be just as bad if not worse and after a few years of consistency in DC we will back to short termism at it’s finest with one cheap clown after another. I’ve already started wondering about whether Pulis’s connections with the Gas mean he would come back til the end of the season just to keep us up. It’s about the best it’s going to get. In fact even Holloway would be better than the inevitable DS appointment and I’ve never been massively keen on Holloway as a manager since he left Blackpool.

5 at the back!
The wing backs that everyone has been asking for?

Really don't mind that lineup. People may overreact due to negativity but I think a 5-3-2 with Leahy less exposed defensively will be very good for us. Hopefully of course.

5 at the back! The wing backs that everyone has been asking for? Safety first. It’s gonna be a long night for the strikers. Think they’ll be feeding off scraps tonight.

The most defensive team I've seen. This bloke is doing my head in.

5 at the back! The wing backs that everyone has been asking for? No, we're going 5-5-0 and holding on for a draw.

That line up looks awful as its 5 defenders and 3 defensive midfielders at home. Oh well will prob mean a big Home win if i slag it off.

Set up to avoid defeat, not to win a game.

GC clearly has no faith in our ability to create so is try to stop them scoring and hope we nick a goal...can't see a happy ending tonight. Glad I'm at home.

What a negative line up. Genuinely didnt think we could get more defensive at home if we wanted too yet here we are.

Just about to leave Weston now after driving from Bournemouth. Taking my old mum who hasn’t been since Twerton! Said she fancied a laugh. Don’t know what to expect, hopefully a good solid performance and some backing from our faithful and true! Last few times I’ve braved the Mem it’s been as flat as the proverbial pancake If anyone is reading this and not sure if to go or not.... COME ON! The boys need us tonight. Singing from the off. Well I will be anyway. My mum said is Gerry Francis still there? And that little man up front with the funny moustache? I said of course dear. She’s mostly deaf and blind now anyway so things should suit her perfectly. You do realise that if we win, your Mum will become the lucky talisman and you'll be making the same trip again on Saturday (and if you didn't, we know where you live and where your children go to school ….)? Hope Mrs Kampucheagas has a successful evening (or else )

Liking three at the back, suits our current squad IMO.
That central midfield triumvirate is painful though. I know creative options are limited, but why not two CDMs and Bennett/Nichols behind two strikers?
Anyway, let’s see how it goes!

Utterly shocking line up. If I was bothering to go tonight, in my car heading to the stadium, id stop, turn around and drive back. Get GC OUT
