5 at the back! The wing backs that everyone has been asking for? Not me, I’m worried it’ll be 5-3-2 and just as narrow but with more defenders. Cogs started off 442 last season and won 3 of his first 4 games. Seems a long time ago now. |

Hopefully if it’s not going well he’ll bring in Bennet and Rodman wide and go 4-4-2.

Prefer this line up. Some width at last. If we could replace one of the midfield three with a creative type, it would be a decent line up.

I think the formation works, but it still doesn't address our lack of creativity in the middle. We can have the greatest wing backs, but with Clarke, Ogogo & Upson in the middle I don't think we'll have much service for JCH & Smith.
I'd rather see a 4-2-3-1
Hare - Kilgour - Davies - Leahy
-----Clarke - Ogogo
Rodman - JCH - Bennett
