Good God this awful this evening.
Don't know where goals are coming from. Why on earth has Smith been dropped?
Sorry but GC had a chance to play different players up front today and has royally Fcked it!!!

I guess the last two games show we're just as poor as we were under DC but JCH's goals have covered over the cracks, we're paying the penalty for a woeful summer in the transfer market. It’s all very Jekyll and Hyde though - Ogogo and Upson were the best thing ever a couple of weeks ago and now the recruitment has gone back to being crap again. I suspect we’re not the worst, just mediocre. Enough in the tank to scrape enough wins against the worst but not good enough to get the consistency to reach mid table or higher. I hope people wake up a bit and realise that long term Coughlan is not a progressive manager you build anything around. |

Shocking first half. Playing into their hands. Bolton playing at pace with dangerous players running at us. We should be trying to pass it round or at least run at them. No plan B and plan A has been worked out. 7 defensive players. Hopefully game of attrition 2nd half I did warn about getting worked out- Keith Hill is a very experienced manager who won’t be taken in by Coughlan-ball. Very very surprised he has picked Nichols tonight- can’t condone the personal abuse obviously but it’s poor form to reward the penalty miss with a place in the team when Little seems like he’s got more chance of a goal in him. |

Smith was dropped because of the GPS results from Saturday showed he was basically knackered out and they were worried about him getting injured. Terrible first half. 44% possession says it all. We need to start passing the ball. Lucky to be only 1 down, so all to play for. |
