I trust the media as little as I trust the politicians. Similar in many respects since they are always looking out for number one - none more so than Kay Burley.

Alun Cairns thought to be resigning shortly over the rape court case issues. That will affect the Conservative campaign in Wales as he was due to lead it (source Politics Live).

I don't care if they are Tory, Labour, Lib Dems or any political party. Get involved in stuff like this, then you have to resign and feck off !

You trusted a radio broadcast the other day. No. I trusted a politician backtracking and making an apology - something they don’t have to do unless completely unavoidable, which made it credible. Keep twisting and spinning though.

f**k me. There is plenty Johnson can aim at Corby and Labour, but pro-bullying (because that is what he implies). Why speak such utter bollox
The PM says: "Come with us - a government putting billions into education or go with Jeremy Corbyn who wants to ban Ofsted, which stops bullying in the classroom.

Just yet another case of companies like Sky, who instead of just reporting the news are attempting to be making the news ! Sky and Burley were watered that Cleverly was doing the media rounds, but not with them. With the way they have treated him, do you think it will encourage other Tory politicians to go on Sky? Is it any wonder why politicians want to avoid Burley?

Just watched Politics Live, FactCheckJoel has been in touch with the IFS over BJ's health and education funding increases, seems he is double counting and relying on cash, not real, terms. Something Gordom Brown was accused of by....? Oh, and as the deputy Chairman of the Conservative Party, the doctored video of Keir Starmer was just satire. Who knew?

I am actually finding this, a couple of days in, quite funny. Tories exposed as incompetent lying toe rags, Labour trying to make 2+2=5, the Lib Dems, umm, revoke and that's it. Jesus, wouldn't it be great if the Monster Raving Loony Party got 175 seats.

I’d like to see the likes of YouGov etc do some polling on how people vote based on lies told by their chosen party. I honestly don’t think it’s even a consideration for most. As such it’s only going to get worse, God knows what sort of bollocks we will have been promised by 5 weeks time.

One of the problems is that in the last election, the Labour Manifesto was an economic fantasy, and they were allowed to get away with it, and their vote share increased. I think this time, the Tories have taken a left from that same playbook and will be making stupid promises involving finance that are unreasonable........but the facts from the last election show that this policy works with the general public !

Politicians are like CJ; they didn`t get where they are today by telling the truth.

Watson steps down. A moderate bites the dust.
