Foreign prisoners currently make up about 11% of the prison population.
It depends on your point of view if 11% is a lot, or nothing to worry about.
"The Govt's own expert migration report states:
"There is no evidence that migration has affected crime""
That is a standard quote thrown out by all government's. Here in Germany the Police do not release any details of migrant crime in case it inflames the situation surrounding migration.

Here in Germany the Police do not release any details of migrant crime in case it inflames the situation surrounding migration. I would hazard a guess that the best way of evaluating this to provide the ratio of immigrant numbers in prison to the total immigrant population. Not convinced that's a worthwhile exercise though |

Why should the fact that migrants are hard working, peace loving, tax paying, crime avoiding, inclusivity espousing, members of society, possibly inflame any situation? Seems strange to me. |

A complete fantasy party and nothing more. My family are from Scotland and none of them like her or the policies of her party and neither do they think independence is a good idea either, and yet after the majority voted to stay in the UK they are still banging on about it. They say that the people of Scotland are ignored. They really aren’t. They had a say in Brexit as much as those from Wales and NI did. The whole UK has to suck it up in the name of democracy. Right now the jocks need the UK and the English arm of it more now than ever. And talking of fat prats, the annoying waste of 02 that is Blackford has some kind of fantasy If they did gain independence from the UK that there would be a hard border in the UK, there very thing he is campaigning against for the Irish border. The Labour Manifesto is out on Thursday. They are obviously keeping a big headline grabbing policy in reserve for the launch. Something they haven't mentioned yet. My guess is that they will go for a Universal Income.
I also think they will have a policy to introduce a Financial Transaction Tax, but that is not such a vote grabbing policy, although it will tie in with their rants about rich bankers with the money raised going to 'our NHS'.
Whatever it contains, the Manifesto promises to be comedy gold.
