They say winning when not at your best is the sign of a good team. We are only going to get stronger with the likes of Ogogo, Little, JCH, THD, Hare and Clarke to come back into the fold. Plus Davies!

Dunn looking shifty when asked “what’s next” but said he will stick around. Trust him? Perhaps he'll stick around as long as he's caretaker and go once that comes to an end. I wouldn't want him as our permanent manager.

Great result. What s battling performance. If there are three better centrebacks in our division I have not seen them. Absolutely terrific and don't forget the keeper!

Joe Dunne sounds like he's off then No surprise really What did he say? When he was asked whats next for him and Rovers, he went defensive and waffled about Rovers playing with 10 men on Saturday...then 'Going forward Bristol Rovers is the most important thing, none of us are bigger than the club, whatever decisions made going forward will be the right ones for the club, people will get it right, and Bristol Rovers will continue'
feels to me like he's been put in to soften the blow of GC's departure by being there tonight

Tony Craig an inspiration to Kilgour and Meyanese. Great captain, how people doubt him is beyond me. Jaakkola is some keeper. And after a poor first half, vastly improved performances from the rest of the boys. Onwards and upwards. Roll on Saturday. A tough game but you never know!

If Dunne's off then we need to stop messing about and get the new manager for the big game on Saturday. While half of me feels I want a manager as soon as, I'd rather wait until after Christmas and get a manager that could get us promoted this season or next than a manager that will see us tail off and struggle for the next season or so.

Don't honestly think he said anything either way, I guess he wasn't a clue if he's in with a chance of getting the job or not, if he's still in charge on Saturday and we win he'll be hard to overlook.

Kilgour is going to attract some serious interest after that performance. I imagine he probably was already, hell of a talent - especially for 21 years young. I'd argue, given JCH's injury-proneness, Kilgour is our most valuable/sellable player.

Joe Dunne sounds like he's off then No surprise really I didn't take it as that? Couldn't read him tbh. My first thought was he would def follow GC. However, if he definitely was then why put him as caretaker? MS wasn't caretaker when DC left. And whoever is caretaker, well it is theirs to lose IMO, as it was with GC.

Why the wait, that's 4 games and the transfer window just about to open, Dunne (if he's interested) Holloway, Jones etc are all out of work and if we want Flynn we know all about him anyway.

Feels very weird losing a manger and potentially assistant after a couple of away wins. Headfuck

It’s a very important appointment. GC has turned a pretty average squad into play off contenders playing a specific way. A new manager from the outside coming in with a completely different style is unlikely to work in my opinion.

Tony Craig is the best left sided centre half since Steve Elliott, and he's arguably as good. Rovers have made some great free transfer signings over the years, but he is right up there with the best of them. A real leader and winner.
