Very entertaining game. I really like Coventry's style of play. Hopefully that's the kind of style Garner wants us to play. I definitely think we need a few additions to be able to do that though.

Upson a class above any other Rovers player today. Class above? Not sure about that, played ok but gave the ball away for their first goal

Standard:- draw at home, win replay away. 4th round here we come! ..and working our way up the leagues with the opponents played: National League - Home draw, Away win League 2 - Home draw, Away win League 1 - Home draw, Away.... Then to keep it going a Championship side next, our neighbours anyone?

It will be just typical if we draw City on Monday, they lose their replay, we win ours and we end up playing Shrewsbury away instead.

Got the feeling from BGs post match interview he’s confident we got a couple of players including a striker ??

Should have put it down the line instead of Dam about with it. Keeper could have done better I think too, but would have to se wit again.

Keeper could have done better I think too, but would have to se wit again. He was unsighted and I believe it flew between Craig’s legs en route. I fully agree though, that ball has to go down the line from LL.

Thought that was a very decent game we've given a very good side a proper game. Definitely think with players coming back & a couple of new signings on the way that there is plenty to look forward to it the 2nd half of the season. Looking forward to seeing who the new players are, given that BG says he thinks they'll be available for Weds I'm assuming they can't have played in the EFL cup so potentially from Championship clubs ?

Good entertainment and we were dangerous on set plays but they were a far better side than us.

Good entertainment and we were dangerous on set plays but they were a far better side than us. Agreed, it's worrying how little we create. That is now 5 games without a goal from open play/not from a set piece. We are very dangerous at set pieces though and I always feel w ehave a chance of scoring and unlikely to concede from them.
