If you receive an email with the subject "Ding Dong", don't open it. It's Jehovah's Witnesses working from home Thanks for the tip. If you get one with “King Dong” on it don’t open it. As it’s Bolders working from home.

Appreciating the levity here guys Was thinking about Italy. Perhaps it was a bit soon to hope for a sustained improvement after all following two promising days and then a poor one. Thinking about it we would need to factor in not just the incubation period but also the time it takes to become hospitalised and then to die. So instead of a 10 day average incubation we would also add another week perhaps for the time it takes for the body to decide whether it can handle it or not. So lockdown measure can be expected to show results from 10-17 days perhaps. Let's see. For us in the UK, things are going to accelerate now for a similar timescale. We have at least introduced measures now and as such can expect to flatten the curve in time. We are not following peak exponential rate already which is a good sign and this will deviate further as these measure begin to take hold. It's really busy already. But more help is coming and more equipment is coming. It wont be enough but it will be welcome and it will help. Theres also some evidence that the spread has been much higher already than previously believed, the negative being that we will peak higher but the positive being that many of us may already have had it and not known that we did. Nonetheless it's not worth drawing any conclusions from this. We must continue to do as we are advised. Follow the advice guys. Stay safe.

CALLING ALL ROVERS FANS! I run the ‘Recovery Through sport project’ which is a NHS project run by NHS community mental health staff, the project helps improve the physical and mental wellbeing of people attending as well as helping to fight social isolation within our community. The project also works closely with the football club to provide mental health education to the youth and development teams as well as having regular player visit from players and management to the group. We wanted to do our bit to raise money to help Bristol families who have a family member effected by mental health who will be struggling finically following Convid-19. We’ve linked up with players past and present from Bristol Rover and Bristol City to hopefully try and make a difference. The fundraiser is offering two lucky fans from each Bristol club the opportunity to win a prize that money can't buy! Each winner will win 2 tickets to watch their chosen Bristol team next season, A personalised video message from each player from either 'Team City' or 'Team Rover' as well as a few more treats. The players from team Rovers are Mark Little, Stuart Sinclair, Chris lines and Kieran Phillips. To enter in the competition follow the link to our JustGiving page and leave a minimum5 donation. (in the comments box leave your contact number and either #City or #Rovers so they know which prizes you would like to be entered in to win. See link. www.justgiving.com/crowdfunding/bristolunited (All money raised will go to help people financially effected by Convid-19 who are under the care of Avon and Wiltshire mental health partnership or the Recovery Through Sport project. #mentalhealthmatters #covid19 #teamcity #teamrovers

We don’t know that she had no pre existing medical conditions. Only that there were none that anyone was aware of.

We don’t know that she had no pre existing medical conditions. Only that there were none that anyone was aware of. Of course, but my point is that it underlines that just because someone thinks they are healthy or not in a high risk category, doesn't make it true.

I see Off Licences have been added to the list of essential retailers.
Very wise and pragmatic. If the booze runs out there will be trouble.
Walk the dog during the day. A few drinks in the evening.
Might just help us get through it.
