Personally I would have not responded that way to Icegas, I don't think it is productive. I was aware of Icegas's description of Greta Thunberg which I also thought was very poor and unbecoming of an adult. That appeared to wind up AF and he carried that anger to this thread. Again I don't think that is productive. But ultimately there is only one person here describing another race as living like to animals, and calling a teenage girl a "stupid bitch" (I think that phrase is accurate). To my mind Icegas, who is absolutely entitled to his views ( and personally I am with Voltaire in supporting his right to express them) would make a better case for his viewpoints if he tempered his language. A politicians answer, well done. So you wouldn't have responded as Fargas did, fine. But that wasn't the question was it? I asked if you thought his response was reasonable and fair. You appear to try and justify that by referring to a previous and unrelated post where Ice apparenty called the ridiculous Thunberg girl a SB, a sentiment with which you appear to agree. That is apparently justification for Fargas' rant. You seem to have glossed over his description of Ice as being a nasty little sh** from as yet undisclosed and unidentified right wing forums. It appears that Huggy Bear has made himself untouchable by attacking anyone who disagrees with him, to the stage where people who don't like what he says, or how he says it, don't bother to respond. That's a shame. I think this thread, for me in any case has run its course, and I doubt I will contribute any further. It's effectively been killed by Fargas moving it to GC, a move I rather suspect was prompted by the other mods. Rest assured I see future examples of his overbearing bullying and ranting at other posters I will call him out. I gave you my viewpoint.
