Surely there can't be anything other than a General Election in the near future The Tories must no there is nothing they can do to win a GE in 1 month or 18 months (if they could stagger that far) Surely time to take their lumps and regroup She’ll be gone in a fortnight 😃 |

Not to save herself, but to limit damage over the next eighteen months. She will effectively be a lame duck Prime Minister on damage limitation, controlled by moderates and back benchers. |

Now they’re having their wings clipped because the markets don’t have any faith in them and their cloud cuckoo policies have flunked . They are only back tracking because they have to ffs 🤦♂️🙄 |

As I keep saying she will have tried all this stuff at the beginning as Tories feel they must do. but once in No. 10 it will all be watered down. As it is being. Sunak tried to be different and as a result lost the leadership contest. Now of course we are in the real world and it's all changing. Doesn't mean I like her or support her or agree with her on anything. Just making observations on political history as I see it.
