They'd please me as I'd buy a shirt, I'll now just wait until I can get one p&p free at the ground. Good. Cuts the processing time and cost. Not sure why the club hasn't used a fulfilment company to keep the online shop running efficiently. It's far cheaper than paying your own staff to do it and shipping costs are greatly reduced due to their massive mail purchasing power.

Kay dealt with my order, at one point I had to wait a while until somebody paid for the franking m/c to be topped up before she could send out my order! Perhaps replica kit is being dealt with by a fulfilment company?

Rovers merchandise has been crap and massively overpriced for as long as I can remember. I bought a baby grow for my daughter when she was born years ago the colours ran first wash and the stitching came lose too. My parents used to buy me hoodies and other crap for Christmas when I was a kid but it was always rubbish in the end I just told them not to bother. I bought a large hone shirt a couple of years ago First in years I liked the design thought it was our best in a while but it was more like small , I’m medium but went for large just in case but I couldn’t even fit it over my head. I realise it’s probably the same at most clubs but paying £40 for a cheap hoodie that you could buy in a market for a tenner just because a football club has printed its logo on it is ridiculous.
