With the exception of Hoole I think BG sees the side that played FGR as his first choice 11. That may change of course, particularly as we played so poorly.
Unless we've got any other midweek friendlies I think most of the first team squad will be involved tonight.
The result is not important but I'm hoping to see an much improved performance.

I’ll be surprised if the players are doing the double and triple sessions for too much longer - which has got to be taking a hell of a lot out of their legs atm. |

perhaps if forum members found room on there bedroom wall for the poem 'IF' it may help members keep a sense of perspective re Rovers and there fortunes! just find room among your Carol Vordeman, Rachael Riley, Beyoncé, J lo, Joanne Lumley, Glenda Jackson, Teresa May, Maggie Thatcher, Allan Car, Boy George, Photo's of Eastville , Harold, Alfie, Geof , Ben Garner, or what ever your fancy , read it after the latest diabolical or title winning performance and it would help to keep calm and move on, after all Rovers story is littered with 'IF' is it not? i am sure it would help, on the other hand...… UP THE ROVERS!!

Having witnessed pre season friendlies when we were awful and had decent seasons, and vice versa bit more chilled now, still dont know what our starting 11 is for Sunderland. New players new system, let's see 10 league games in where we are. |
