Gas win , both teams to score. But one more than the other. Yes, hence Gas win 👍

The Ipswich game is only available on ifollow for UK based subscriptions, (i.e not available for overseas ifollow subscribers)
Up until a few days ago the ifollow app told me that I had (overseas) access to the match, but this has now been altered and removed, thanks, also I found it a little cheeky that my HALF season pass purchased last year was 'automatically' converted to a Full seasons pass for this season and charged pronto without as much as an email to ask what my preference was!. Add to that, the (rather poor) EFL ifollow app has been updated recently (with many consumer complaints) and now I cannot view on my older iPad, so can only view squinty eyed on my phone, not the bestest start to a new season!, anyway!, COYB!...winning start please!.

Tried subscribing to tomorrow's match via iFollow. Pressed "subscribe" then signed in, then chose Ipswich match then pressed "Subscribe Now" and it just sits there on step 2 Payment Confirmation with a ball bouncing up? Has anyone purchased tomorrow's pass yet? If so, any advice appreciated. PS Have watched iFollow before. Followed Ipswich Town guidance www.itfc.co.uk/siteassets/image/202021/202021-misc/ifollow---how-to-buy-a-match-pass.pdf

Lambert has been on a slippery slope for some time and needs to reinvent himself or he could be the first managerial casualty this season. The pressure on him and his team to perform could work to our advantage. I'm looking forward to seeing the battle between the young up and coming manager with no footballing experience to call upon - just a blueprint for success etched on an iPad - and the big name ex-player and CL winner struggling for form after blazing a trail when he first came on the scene. I'll stick my neck out and predict a win for the Gas to send Lambert even deeper into the wilderness.

Dorchester host Bristol Rovers U23s tonight (7.45pm).. Didn't we beat them 7-1 the last time we played them?

It sounds like they're playing without a goalie, so I reckon you're right that we'll nick it by the odd goal 😊

It sounds like they're playing without a goalie, so I reckon you're right that we'll nick it by the odd goal 😊 I wouldn’t take too much notice of this. It’s all bollox designed to lull the opposition into a false sense they will have an easy game. The Ipswich guys who do play will see this as a chance to stake a regular place and up their game. As for the bloke who doesn’t want to play, I hope they dock his wages.

I’m going 1-0 to the Gas. Tight affair, bit of a pre season feel to it.
Captain Mad Max with a bullet header to knick the win and get us off to a winning start.

As far as upgrading the app isn't that just that every company does regularly, it's a way of life at present.

Like a few others have said this game feels like an extension of the pre-season practise matches but of course it aint though i can't help feeling that the performance is more important than the result, just like to wish Ben and the squad the very best of luck and may the football gods be kind to you this season! no doubt the season will bring us highs and lows but the very fact that i am writing this and you are reading it is about as high as a high can get and considering what some gas eds have been through we are indeed lucky to be able to praise or lambast our team as we see fit, so heads up GAS eds what ever happens, up the Rovers!!

All the best to Ben and the team today. Having watched 3 of the pre-season games I am optimistic, though I wish we had Jaakkola in goal. Even so I will go for a 2-1 win for the Gas.
