You think that's the right way to speak to people? See above. Not the first time though you've spoken to someone like that.

Who said we shouldn't have got rid of Garner? That performance today is on Tisdale, the coaches and the players. Garner not even at the club and it's still his fault for today's performance? He left a week ago! Tisdale has had one session with the squad, and an introductory one at that. He doesn't know the players yet. He had to ride on the coaches to pick this squad today as he mentioned in his pre match interview. Garner's philosophy, his manner of play are all in effect at the moment, he will need at least a week to implement a manner of play to turn us around, probably more. To blame the players, the coaching staff, then fair play but I really don't see what PT could have done in such a short space of time. But this is the issue, if he's had only 1 session what did he do to make them no have a clue what they're doing? The game management was exceptionally poor, we've been warned about late subs. Whether he knows the players well enough or not, he should have made subs earlier. It was similar when Garner took over, but in a different scenario. He had 1 session with them but we immediately looked lost on the pitch. The same thing has happened again where it went from bad to awful. Let's see what happens next week, but I worry that with games coming thick and fast twice a week, we'll see similar excuses to before that Tisdale will only get x amount of sessions with the team.

4th to 4th from bottom in less than 11 months. What a nightmare 2020 has been, keep wishing I'd wake up and Coronavirus and Ben Garner were all a figment of my imagination!

Poor all over the pitch, worst player for me was Upson, followed closely by Harries and Kilgore. 5 at the back, nooooo, 4 at the back please asap.

Shocking display , to only show any urgency when we went a goal behind is unacceptable, if we lose Tuesday at Wigan who are in free fall ,already this season is looking like a battle against relegation.

Let's see what happens next week, but I worry that with games coming thick and fast twice a week, we'll see similar excuses to before that Tisdale will only get x amount of sessions with the team. This is exactly my point. The session would have been largely introductory one would imagine and largely unproductive. He's had next to nothing really to work on with the players. I get some managers come in and get a new manager bounce but each squad is different, and he has come in on a Thursday. No time to get proper debriefs from the coaching staff, no time to meet the players properly, have one to ones and figure out what makes them tick. To reassure them, and let them know he's going to give them a chance and to discuss their concerns. He'd have had time for formalities and that's about it. He also has the matter of the circumstances of the events of last Saturday to deal with, the players have had a shock. These are a very young group of players who have largely been playing in academies and reserve squads. They've joined us in the first team and it's probably the first time that they've seen their manager get fired within months of them coming in. They're now fearing for their future. That sort of thing plays on peoples minds. He hasn't been able to spend time with the players and work on their confidence following this event. When it came to GC->Garner we were 4th in the league. All Garner needed to do was to come in and say do as you are and we'll figure out where we go from here. With Tisdale, we were free falling to the relegation zone, so he needs to make the intervention he hasn't been able to have the opportunity to do yet.

No disrespect to Daly and Jonah but they never ever kicked a ball at football league level. This meant hanlan was expected to be the experienced old head. It was always a massive risk . Take a look at every other club. They all have 6 strikers with at least 3 with experience
The board should of supervised garner in his last 3 signings and overruled him.

Tisdale needs to be given time and some of the over reaction on here is both laughable and predictable.
Today’s performance was admittedly very poor - the majority of the players had bad games. I did fear the worst after just a couple of minutes today when it became apparent we were playing with a flat back five with two holding midfielders sitting in front. The change to a back four made sense but to push Harries into midfield leaving us with a flat back four with three holding midfielders was strange to say the least. Westbrooke needs to be back in the starting line up and Kilgour taken out of the firing line for a few weeks at least.
Hopefully Tisdale can get to work on the training ground, build some confidence and come up with a system which suits the players and most importantly gives us some attacking threat. Fingers crossed for Tuesday!

Our 2nd half midfield was this - No creative players here.
------- Harries ------ -- Grant --- Upson -- ----- McCormick ---- Surely this would have been better and I believe we would have won.
---------------- Grant ------ -- Westbrooke -- McCormick -- --------------- Oztumer -----
Yet gone 70 minutes before Westbrooke comes on and no Oztumer at all!!!

You can’t judge Tisdale yet but I think fans are entitled to question why we made a tactical substitution in the 88th minute and bring on 2 defenders chasing the game?... Obvious really. Wanted to revert to 3 at the back and push the wing backs forward. Tutonda wasnt getting anywhere so replaced him in that role. Nicholson and Hanlan our best goal threats so best keep them on. Oztumer could have replaced upson I guess as well creating an attacking threat if it worked. If it didnt the midfield would be over run . Not having any strikers to bring on limits the difference that could be made. Shame they didnt sign another striker in the window

Widdrington said the other day that he looks into players we sign on what sort of character they have, well who ever does that for him has had his pants down, no of them seem to break into a sweat they really do not seem like Rovers players to me, we have had some dross over the years but some have gone on and had really good careers with shear effort and balls , these lot don’t give a sh**e they got their 2/3 year contracts, they have already got Garner the sack, Tisdale will be next unless he sorts some of them out straight away

Tis has a lot to sort out here, but I think this group of players has the ability to perform given the right coaching and pattern of play.
Let's not get too excited or depressed until we've seen a few games.
