Confidence beginning to show and we need to keep the tempo into the 2nd half. But would somebody have a word with the ruddy cameraman FFS, does he fancy the bloater in the Darlo dug out ?, and why does he insist on showing replay and player close up’s while the game is in play ? End of rant UTG.

4-0 certainly flatters us as up until we scored there was nothing in the game. Impressed with the way Darlo played in the early part of the game. Since first goal we've been very good, both Hare & Oztuhmer's goals very well worked. Admittedly lower opposition but this system seems to suit us much more than 3 at the back did. Good chance to rest a couple of the main players later in the game as well.

Lovely goal from Oztumer, that’s what he’s clearly capable of. Hopefully we see more of that going forward. Be great for his confidence too. |

Looked off it for first 15 and like everyone is saying a goal or two whoever it may be against just gives that confidence. If BG had been in charge you just know Darlo's Charman would have taken his chance just before we got our second, as it was the our second goal killed the game. |

It was a very slow start but the last 15 of that half we were well in the groove. Their defending has been woeful mind! Both teams started warily. To be expected. We also have a new manager with a different approach to the previous one? So it will take time for players to adapt. We look good when we move the ball forwards, not sideways or at the back. Daly and McCormick doing well and all over the pitch. Oz coming more into it. Getting good to watch again. Hopefully this will make us realise what type of game we should play in future to utilise our players strengths better and get us moving in the League. UTG |

The mistake from Darlington for Daly’s goal completely changed the game. I thought they were more than matching us for the first 20 minutes. Then Daly’s goal went in, they started to doubt themselves and we had a lot more time and space in their final third to create opportunities.
Two really nice goals for Oztumer and Hare, the sort of clinical finishing we need to bring into the league. Without wanting to jump the gun, at 4 nil you would have to say that it’s game over, about getting confidence and match fitness now.

You could see that goal meant a lot to Ozzy. He has looked desperate to score today. Glad for him.
I'd like us to be proper cut throat second half, all the front lads should be looking to fill their boots and play some slick football.

Hopefully we keep going at them second half and run up a big score and keep a clean sheet. Does goal difference count in the cup?
