Ehmer has been a huge disappointment this season for me... Got to drop him. Just lumping it over the top is causing him all kinds of problems. |

Defensively we seem to have too many back there especially at set pieces, but no one organises or marks anyone. The organisation is Ehmers' responsibility as senior defender AND Captain I agree he makes Tom Lockyer look like a nosiy so and so, can't believe the lack of communication back there. Tbh the whole team lack any communication, they are defending from the frontand pressurising us just waiting for the mistakes. |

Getting cut open time after time yet again. We looked on until we conceded then it’s only got worse since then. I’m actually surprised it’s still only 1-0 the way we played after the first goal.
It’s hard to see anyway back from this. It’s looking like one point against three teams around us in the league and no goals! That really is bottom of the league form.
We are missing Daly. I’ve always said Hanlan looks more dangerous when he is playing alongside Daly.

Baldwin isn't good enough.Ask Sunderland and Salford. Neither is Ehmer. Slow and seems to have zero positional awareness. Could do with Davies back asap. |

That was a disgrace. Absolutely no conviction in any of the passing. No pace in the game. Nothing in midfield. Yet another ball over the top carves us open. I hope Tisdale is going Dam ballistic in the dressing room.

I’m not sure we’ve ever had a slower defence than this current lot? Even against Darlington once or twice they eased past the centre backs. Baldwin looks a liability every time I see him, certainly no better than Craig. And with no striker in the bench this could be a long December. Need to pick up points and soon. Not sure we could pick up dog poop at the moment let alone points.... 😢 Agreed. We have no poop bags and long nails. |

I think we are still in this, we have created the better chances just not taking them. We do look shaky when the ball comes into our box though and we need to sort this ASAP. If we can get a goal early second half we will go on to win this one. It’s not the worst performance I have seen this season and there are some positives to our play there

Wimbledon signed Ben Heneghan just a couple of weeks back and it seems he has done their defence some good.

We look good going forward ...
Oztumer and Nicholson are exciting for sure.
Other players looking decent ... Hare and McCormick who has so much energy not sure he will be out for the second half though as he took a real whack.
Grant looking ok...
The rest range from not quite on it to ‘ Please get rid ASAP’ - Baldwin and Ehmer and Upson have all been very poor.

I would bring back Mr Motivator from the Daggers. What I am seeing isn't pretty or exciting football, and to play posession football you need another set of players who can keep the ball. Really need at least one, maybe 2 forwards. To me this just shows what I thought about Garner.

Gills just pumping balls in our area. Winning most of the headers. Defence cannot handle long balls. Lack height up front as well. Midfield needs to run at them. Bring Westbrook on and tell him to run.
Our shooting is woeful and panicky.
Nicholson and McCormick playing well.
Hare needs to improve his crosses.
We should not be losing!

Jan transfer window will a massive one for a proven striker but by then who will want to come to a team looking like their being relegated?
