Jaakkola 8 - good saves at key times and superb distribution
Ehmer 8.5 - best performance by a right back this season. Defended well and good distribution when going forward
Kilgour 6.5 - best performance for a while
Baldwin 7 - a few wayward balls but overall impressive
Leahy 8.5 - solid and good corners
Grant 6.5 - not spectacular but played his part
Upson 9 - best performance of the year for him. Controlled the midfield and made things happen
Westbrooke 6.5 - played his part but a good number of wayward passes and not so effective when defending
Oztumer 9 - looked a class above most players on the pitch
Nicholson 9 - shame that he didn't get the hat-trick but when on this form League One defenders cannot live with him
Hanlan 8.5 - two great goals

Wimbledon 4 - needed to be a bit more physical in midfield. Will do ok this season as Pigot will get them enough goals to finsh mid-table

Ehmer. 8 looked very comfortable going both directions
Kilgour 7 better
Baldwin 6 good free kick, not convinced though.
Leahy. 7 ok
Grant. 8.5 underrated by so many. Gets through so much work.
Upson 9. Best performance I’ve seen from him
Westbrooke 7 tries to make things happen
Oztumer. 8 never realised he worked this hard
Nicholson. 8.5 very good for most of game, goes missing for patches.
Hanlan. 8.5 will only get better. Very good performance

Jaakkola 8 no chance with either goal, Ehmer 8 looks much better on the right side Kilgour 7.5 glad to see him back and looking like the old Alf again. Baldwin 7.5 an improved performance, passed the ball better today Leahy 8 a good solid game and a sublime cross for the second goal. Grant 8 I thought he had a strong game,when we get back to the grounds we will see how muchthe hitherto unseen work his does. Upson 8.5 dominated the midfield Westbrooke 7 dodgy defending but decent going forward Oztumer 9 M.o.M by far his best game and ran Wombles ragged Nicholson 9 what a player and now he's found his scoring form we could really be in for a treat. Hanlan 9 a classic centre forwards performance. Ref 6 a soft homers penalty but otherwise ok. Wimbledon 5 new club, new name. new ground same old tough tactics. |

Jaakkola 7.5 one very good full length save, also released the ball quickly
Ehmer 8 Wow ! passed it and combined with team mates well
Kilgour 7 won a lot of headers
Baldwin 6 doesn't get close to attackers !
Leahy 6.5 steady going forwards, but doesn't block enough crosses - how did he not stop the one that led to the penalty right on the goal line ??
Grant 8 very efficient, one lovely turn away from their player
Upson 8.5 gutsy in the tackle, stylish on the ball and fab assist for the 3rd
Westbrooke 6.5 better than recently, but wasteful with free kicks but did take part in 2nd goal.
Oztumer 8.5 everywhere, and more quality
Nicholson 9 caused so many problems for their backline, what a brilliant 1st goal - will that be bettered this season ?
Hanlan 8.5 boom boom - 2 cracking finishes
Ref 8 did well
Wimbledon 4 totally outplayed but still dangerous when they attacked.
Best attacking display I've seen by Rovers since Trollope's team with Lambert, Lines, walker and Campbell !!

Jaakkola Good game, some neat saves, punched well and good distribution. 8
Ehmer Did well at full back attacked well, has confidence on the ball. 7
Kilgour Wake up!! Where was he on that cross, not always comfortable on the ball but did enough 6
Baldwin Solid performance a couple of good passes, never seemed troubled 7
Leahy Best performance for a long time, a bit more consistency on corners but deserves to keep his place on this performance 7.5
Grant Quieter game today, would like to see him run with the ball with conviction a bit more but I certainly think he has been a positive signing 7
Upson Again best game that I can remember seemed like he had been told to stop passing the ball back and speed it up....it worked 7.5
Westbrooke He will be a good player for us, good touch and passes well, doesn't give the ball away. Not a great tackler though and needs to work on that. Unlucky on the penalty 7
Oztumer A better performance today and starting to look the player we were hoping for. What a header on the last goal. Could have got on the scoresheet but I think it will come. 8
Nicholson A great signing, the type of player that we have been wanting to watch for a long time. I like the fact that he gets stuck in and drifts but his touch and flicks are top drawer. First goal outstanding 9
Hanlan Another great signing. He scores but his work rate is high. Both goals were great and yet he missed one much easier. We we will have frustration as finishing can be a little hit and miss but today was on form. 9
How could this team be so poor on Tuesday and bar two defensive mistakes be so good today. On this form we will rise up the table.

Jaakkola 6.5 liking Jaaks shot stopping prowess, but there was more than one occasion rooted in his line.
Ehmer 8 best game for me. Revelation r b.
Kilgour 6.5 more comfortable match but was nowhere marking his nan for 2nd goal. Must do better.
Baldwin 7.5 steady game and great free kick set up for Hanlan's first.
Leahy 7.5 nice assist for Hanlan's first and decent defending.
Grant 7 nice game tidying up midfield.
Upson 7.5 nice game and perfectly weighted through ball assist for Hanlan 2nd.
Westbrooke 6.5 not bad game but can't remember anything meaningful.
Oztumer 9 near perfect match. Amazing vision, passing, movement, assist for Nicholson 2nd and even got the better of 3 opponents with defensive midfielder work. Orchestrating the forward play, the best midfield creative match since Linesy at his best....
Nicholson 8.5 wonder 1st goal and excellent intuitive 2nd with his positioning. Everything worked out well and he is undroppable.
Hanlan 8.5 unlucky not to get hat trick, led the line admirably.
Ref 6.5 got most things correctly but def handball for pen not awarded and I think too much leeway on fouls not given.
Wimbledon 5.5 we should end up above them but they played like the Wimbledon of old!
PT got it right. Very right. Sexy football, we played as well as we ever have done.
Everything has been said, but this:

Oztumer: 9 different class when playing to his full ability. Also ran his socks off.
Nicholson: 9 Wimbledon couldn’t handle him. Two great goals.
Hanlan: 9 would of scored 3 or 4 on another day. Terrorised the defenders.
Ref: 6 crazy penalty decision otherwise reffed well.
Wimbledon: 4.5 added to the quality of the game first half but were outclassed second half. Would love piggot here.
