On Sky News too. "Sky's deputy political editor Sam Coates reports that the government is "on the brink of a U-turn" over visas to try and ease the shortfall, which has been estimated at more than 100,000 by one industry body." Funny how we have to manage until our own are trained up, then suddenly we can get the trained labour in from overseas when things are getting to crisis point (votes). Apparently we have 10 days to save Christmas.

I think you’ll find it’s …. “ would of been much worse if Corbyn was in charge “ Or it's "affecting everyone, it's a Europe wide problem."

Thank god for our European reporter on the ground with the latest up to the minute report from the front line . We’re just imagining it .

Not long until the Mad Max Brexit uplands arc.
My sources in logistics (earning £100k pa) say there is no shortage of tanker drivers, it's only media hype.
We'll see.

Listening to the radio this morning ( bbc) and they had 3 or 4 lorry drivers on saying the driver shortages are nothing to do with Brexit whatsoever. Tuned into LBC and they had a lorry driver on saying it’s a lot to do with Brexit , all his lorry driving buddies voted for Brexit and their reasons were mainly “ forriners” and they have their collective heads in the sand.
It’s obvs nothing to do with Brexit but we have to get in EU drivers to deliver stuff . Go figure !

"They'll be begging to do business with us", "They need us more than we need them."
It's amazing how all the "benefits" of leaving the EU that actually became complete negatives, have nothing to do with Brexit.

Surprisingly there’s no mention of the failure to secure a trade deal ( predicted by anyone with half a brain) with the US on the EU thread on the other forum 😬 Wonder why ? 🤔 They've got what they wanted, any downsides will be the fault of the Remainiacs, Covid or it's not Brexity enough. Anyone see the front of the Mail on Sunday? I did say problems will be the fault of Remainers 😉
