Yes 365, it’s a fair point and would have been an interesting proposal. Perhaps they did consider it. England cricketers have done this throughout the Summer and did it for about 6/7 weeks at a time or for the duration of the Test Series. I don’t think the county teams did it because that would have been needed all summer. I suspect the cost would have been too much and I bet the bubbles would have been broken left right and centre. UTG! In the case of the England cricket team a few players did break the bubble rules. Yes they did. And after a whole summer of doing it, Somerset’s Tom Banton withdrew from the Big Bash because he would have to do it again for another 6-8 weeks. He said he just couldn’t stand doing it again. That he withdrew from a sizeable financial contract tells me it’s not an easy option. I guess you can do it for a matter of weeks but anything longer becomes more difficult. UTG!

EFL announce 112 players tested positive yesterday. No disclosure as to who from them but Rovers state they are ok 112 individuals not just players as also includes back room staff etc. 3% of total tested came back positive. No cases for us so I think that’s shows that the club has good protocols in place which are being adhered to, whereas in the main the virus appears out of control through the general population, that’s if you believe the govt., media and NHS hospital reports.

It’s easy to chat sh** on the internet, as such I’d have a lot more respect for these sceptics if they went for a walk round a covid ward with no PPE to see for themselves whether it’s all just scaremongering. Volunteers seem to be thin on the ground though, interestingly.

I’ll be honest and say I personally have had no experience of Covid, I don’t know anyone who has had it, certainly not to the extent that they have had to be hospitalised, But Irrespective of that I have always obeyed all the rules. I’ve not breached lockdown, I didn’t leave s.glos to go and have a meal out in Bristol when it was in tier 2, not been to any raves or met with anyone else indoors etc. Maybe I have just been lucky so far with my lack of exposure, who knows, but I will just keep adhering to the rules and hope for a return to normal life ASAP

Volunteers seem to be thin on the ground though, interestingly. Well as someone that ended up in hospital a month ago with Covid for 3 days as I couldn't breath it's very much real, however there has been clearly some not correct facts released about some Covid deaths. For example, there was a guy that died as a result of falling off a ladder and breaking his neck yet as he had C19 in his system at the time of his death he went down as a Covid death. My best mates GF works in admin for the NHS and I got told thru her that there are 98 people in southmead hospital today that are ok, EG: They got No Covid etc, but need full time care due to other health issue s but they can't be released back into care homes due to Coronavirus, so the NHS have to look after them.Thats such an added pressure at this time.
