The worrying thing is, that two of our best players (McCormick and Oztumer) don't even belong to us. Appaling recruitment. I think it was done to build a squad with no idea about a team, formation or a Manager's input? Have we heard anything from the Widdrington since he was elevated to the Boardroom? |

Allowing garner to stay in charge at the beginning of the season and letting widdrington to oversee the signings of academy.kids while disposing of any experience pretty well had us nailed on for a season of struggle
Tisdale though seems to pick.a team based on the players he draws out of his hat

Don’t know where a win’s gonna come from. Waited until the 95th minute before we started playing.
Tisdale MUST go back to a back 4, it’s the only formation we’ve looked half decent at this season. Hanlan needs a striker up top with him from the start.
Disappointing.

That was poor..... this isn’t the reason we lost the game but the referee was atrocious today.... gave us absolutely nothing and all big decisions against us..... also was inconsistent with treatment of fouls and bookings giving them against us but not Oxford when they did exactly the same foul..... complete homer....

Here's a question. Which is our best area of play Defence? Midfield? Forward? I can't decide If you start games 541 then there will never be a good area of play. Tisdale needs to hang his head in shame with what he’s done these last couple of matches. I actually liked him up until that point but I’m seriously wondering if Wael has got this appointment massively wrong now. |

I think there are some talented players. But weve gone back to a back 5 that suits no one.
If you play a wing backs its usally because you have especially good wing backs. And an intense midfield. You've got to squeeze the oposition with a high press. Win the ball high up. Thats what we did under coughlan. You cannot play a counter attack style with a back 5.
4-4-2 or 4-3-3 for these players. Fooking obvious.

No effort from most of the players. They are playing like a team that expects to lose. Cannot see anything but relegation unless our injured players can turn things around when they come back.
