Yep, few times. it's........watchable. Wouldn't buy the box set. Friends, 2 and a Half Men (Charlie Sheen edition)and Big Bang Theory are far better. Fair. I wasn’t in love with it at first, but after a couple of episodes just adored it. Absolutely hate big bang theory though. Like with a passion Too intellectual for you?  |

Recently been watching "For all mankind". A series exploring an alternate history where Russia made it to the moon first, instead.
Really enjoyable & fairly realistic too

Anyone seen A Quiet Place? I'm not usually a fan of horror, although it's more of a thriller. Thought it was brilliant Film 4 tonight at 9.00pm ....A Quiet Place. Bought it on DVD last time I was back in the UK. Don't mind that kind of horror. Not so keen on things like Saw or Hostel with all the guts and gore ! |

Sadly a lot of locals who helped coalition forces were dropped afterwards. Interpreters especially were highly sought-after but trying to get them the right to settle here as a thanks was a big struggle. I was a big fan of Bravo Two Zero and enjoyed the BBC film, but learnt since how things weren't quite as described. Also loved Band of Brothers, very good and realistic in many ways. It too included a few artistic licences and the odd unwarranted character assassination. |

excuse me but i have been watching count arthur strong
a complete gem in anybodys language
and i think he has the right mentality to manage the rovers
he was brouht up in doncaster
a team we cant beat and i suspose he would turn things around
being an avid fan of his i did bring it up in conversation
and he said bristol who
when i explained the situation that we needed someone
who is held in high esteem to take over the reigns
he said i've never liked horses so i'll give it a miss if you don't mind
so i left it at that!

Conclusive proof that watching Friends spoils enjoyment of quality TV. 😉 Yes, it is madness, immoral and counter productive too. But that's politics and I'd hate to digress on an enjoyable thread. Bravo Two Zero was a book written by Andy McNab shortly after the 1990/91 Gulf War, he was leader of a patrol in Iraq compromised by a goatherd and then went on the run, being chased across the desert. It was such a huge best seller that others also penned their version. The BBC bought the rights (the author didn't want to sell them to Hollywood as they had other plans for the story) and the film with Sean Bean was pretty close to the book. |

The Zookeepers Wife The boy who harnessed the wind The red sea diving resort Changeling Just finished the Red Sea diving resort. Enjoyed that. Also checked out the dig as well from this thread - good film too. If you like true stories about war/spies then also check out a call to spy, operation finale, the angel, and there’s a series I really enjoyed with Sasha baran Cohen but can’t remember the name |

I don't normally watch much tv,only sport but as i have been home from work after an operation i have been bored to tears so i just watched a true life movie called 'LION'. Very good film def worth a watch.
