Completely lost on the defence. Looking at their CVs they 'should' be alright. We are lacking a leader. It's PTs job to either make one of them a leader or get someone in on or off the pitch to sort it out as he is clearly incapable of sorting himself. There is no shame in a manager getting support where he needs it, it's part of management. Losing Craig was a disaster IMO. Was he the best defender, no. Did he get the best out of those around him, yes. Until we have that 'voice' at the back we are in serious trouble

Yes, Widdrington and Staines who are likely heavily involved in day to day are more to blame than Wael..who is actually funding eh clubs permanent training facility. Wael is being let down. |
