Someone on here describing Grant as 'decent'! Must have been watching different games to me as he's been next to useless most games. Only the Peterborough game where he's looked good. A very limited footballer with the ball at his feet and ineffective at breaking up play. Hugely disappointing signing so far (he's not the only one).

When he gets a decent crack of playing more than 15 minutes. Had 45 against Accy, 22 against Rochdale, 22 against Peterborough, 23 against oxford away, started against Charlton, 28 against Wimbledon He’s had more than enough time to show he can cut it at this level And some of those games were abysmal team performances so what chances were created for him to get on the end of. Again Hanlan has had how many chances in the last few weeks and scored a grand total of 0.

Tisdale must go, shows no passion at all but says he wants it from the players, their guy was really fired up , we got 4 coaches on the bench with their arms folded, I say get rid of them all, let Hargreaves and Mansell run the season down, get some of our own young lads in the team, we have nothing to loose, at the moment we are a laughing stock, Wael please get rid of this joker

Unlucky not to get anything tonight, but if we don't take our chances then we'll stay unlucky. Yeah it’s not luck.

Maybe if grant actually tackled and didn't Swan around trotting everywhere.then there may be a chance of winning the ball back

I want him to do well, but I just dont see it anymore, unfortunately.

It’s only a matter of time before one of the sides below us kick into action and put a run together. I’d be embarrassed to stay up with this dross.

What I don't get is our big issue at the moment is the ability to score goals. Now whether you think our strikers are good enough is another matter. But when you have over half of your team in defensive positions and you only start over striker you're limiting your chances before you start Couldn’t agree more Our best players are Oz, Nicholson, McCormick Hanlan and Daly We need to set up with the ambition of actually trying to win! I think it’s got to the stage of having to cut our losses and gamble on someone else being able to motivate this lot. It isn’t going to be Tisdale I’m afraid. Those players you’ve mentioned all played well and either created or scored goals in our short run of form in the 4231 formation shortly after Tisdale joined. Only an idiot constantly repeats something over and over that isn’t working and ignores something he knows that has worked.

I’m not saying I expect hat tricks, I’m saying I expect him to show that he demonstrate that he has skill at this level to compete. You said he needs more than 15 minutes, I’ve shown you multiple times he’s had the time, so have you seen that skill? If so, where? I don’t actually hate the guy, it’s not his fault. He just isn’t good enough. Look at Daly or Hanlan, even in a poor game they at least show they have the skill to compete

Never moan at the manager but i thought we had the better players but lumping the ball up to Daley was ludicrous

Got to say this side is showing exactly the same commitment as the side we had when Ray Graydon last managed us and we all know what happened then, utter crap from top to bottom

Since Ben Garner left there has been two dreadful mistakes. 1) Not signing a quality striker in January 2) Not starting games with two strikers To the manager - You are blowing it buddy

At Sunderland when he came on and got chances to run at defenders he looked a handful but we don't seem to play that way and just lump the ball up to him. He is an easy target to pick on and that's a bit harsh in my opinion.

Going down, with Wael to blame. Really saddens me to write this. The appointment of Garner was a disaster, but there were enough signs (and lack of results) for Wael to have admitted his mistake and fired Garner in the summer before the dismemberment of the squad (Craig, Sercombe etc). Hiring Tisdale felt like a very rushed appointment. The failure to sign a striker (an outcome which I think will relegate us) is an abrogation of responsibility by the owner. He does not have the sufficient financial resources, experience and savviness of appointing the right people to save the club from going down. And we all know what sort of strikers are needed to get a team promoted out of League 2 (e.g. Lambert, Walker, Bodin, Harrison and the Snake). The valuation of the club is falling by the week. Time for him to find a buyer.
