Ayunga, Harries, Day and Leahy aren’t league one standard in my opinion. None of those would get a job at another league one side if released. Looking at the strength and league one experience of the Pompey squad, I can only see this going one way I’m afraid. This has currently aged well. |

Good first half and we deserve to be ahead imo. They have had one shot and scored from it we have had at least five or six. Really hoping we dont sit deep now second half. Carry this on and we can get a third. UTG.

Played well after going behind and probably just about deserve to be in front. Jonah anonymous for 30 minutes and has done what a striker should do. let goals do the talking! Two well taken goals and hopefully a confidence boost to boot.

Absolutely quality finishes by ayunga.
Hanlan has been dreadful. Has the worst first touch I’ve seen from a gas striker. Get him off for daly.

Having 2 up front is definitely helping today so far. Double trouble for the opposition.
Nicholson and Mcormick pulling strings behind them.
Still a bit shakey at the back for me, but looking better than we have in recent weeks.
Probably our best 45 this season to be fair.

Ayunga is making me eat lots of humble pie. To be fair he looks a different player, perhaps TW is a magician when it comes to getting the best out of strikers? Starting him helps 😉 |

If this wasn’t Ayunga but a January signing making his debut I’d be saying our problems looked solved. What a half he is having. Could he be the answer? Certainly people saying he was clearly not good enough after only two league starts in his career were jumping the gun. |
