Thought th same pal, a great start an few comments, then th criticism starts, some folk really need a bit of patience with th lads. They’re doin fine. Leahy makes a few opportunities for the lads and no applause for it whatsoever. Makes one misplaced pass and the leaky Leahy slurs are straight out. No coincidence he's been made captain. I'd rather him make miss passes up top end of the pitch and not outside out 12 yard box |

How can the commentators think this is a good start by Barton, we look no better than we've done most of the season. 35 mins gone and we haven't forced the Wigan goalie into one save, Barton's got his work cut out keeping this squad up with so little firepower upfront.

Seems to me we've had more possession in the final third in the first 20 minutes than we did in the whole of Garner's last 3 home games. It's his first game. He's had one training session. |

I personally can’t see what upson does better than westbrooke,
Can only pass side ways or backwards and track back or tackle unless it’s a late bookable tackle?
Westbrooke won’t tackle but a lot more creative and positive
