Tisdale was sacked for saying what everyone involved with Rovers knows to be the truth, and rightly so because the only way out of this is to try and build some confidence back into the team, but I do feel some sympathy towards him. How the new manager will get anything out of this team is beyond me. Best of luck JB, div 2 here we come. UTG

I know JB may have used this to get a feel for the team and whilst it is a bad result, he's had 24hrs with the squad, so the 2-4th games are more important and will show what effect he will have on the team.
5 games from now will tell us where we will end up I'm sure

A team in our league position that keeps conceding silly goals at one end and struggles to create anything at the other end is going to end up relegated. I think JB is a good manager but I’m not convinced he can perform the miracle we need. Depressing night made worse by another forum member (I almost said fan but that would be wrong) who seems to be revelling in tonight’s result.
I’m not sure whether to turn to god or drink.
