so (like Tis at the start) he is trusting experience. The odd one for me is Harries over Baldwin. Gonna be in for a tough time in defence. Lots of attacking options on the bench, hopefully not too late. I would not have put Harris in front of Baldwin, but then what do I know? |

Ouch - only one striker starting, exactly the same mistake our two previous managers made time and time again. We were overrun on Saturday with 2 in midfield, plus he played 4231 mostly with Fleetwood. Not a shock he's gone with what he knows with only one day's training. |

Assuming we will play a front 3 with wingers, a very good lineup IMO. I remember Joey using wide players to exploit us last season when we played at Highbury, so I'm sure we will see more of this kind of formation.

I would not say we were overrun, it was different tactics against a different team which clearly worked well first half. Had we scored first we would probably have won that game. I thought we were unlucky. |

Positives.... We finally start with 4 at the back at home!
Negatives.... I would have started Westbrooke for either Grant or Upson as they are too similar for my liking. And I would have started Daly for Rodman.

Looking forward to this one! I would imagine he’ll bring in Upson to improve the midfield. I would go for something like: Day Williams, Kilgour, Ehmer, Leahy Grant, Upson, McCormick, Nicholson, Hanlan, Daly or Ayunga Did you say bring in Upson to improve the midfield .... You must surely be joking. Awful waste of space who adds very very little - the complete opposite of what is needed if we are to avoid relegation. Hopefully JB has sussed him out already. Yet another manager selects Upson, they can't all be wrong can they? |
