I'll be asleep by the tenth minute I reckon with this commentators voice. He’s a decent commentator in that he keeps up with play and his description of what’s going on is good but does sound like he should be commenting on a golf match. I agree, one of the best away commentators this season |

Their striker has been through his repertoire of fouls, 4 and still no booking. But now substituted - strange!! I can't understand how McCormick was booked for a something or nothing but their striker just got a warning after his fourth foul! Burton must be the worse footballing team we've played all season, they'd even look against a good Conference side. |

Did well to stand up to a very physical Burton team. Bit unlucky to not be in front. Only one team trying to play football, Burton very direct, looking for a break in the box. We need to take one of these chances second half.

Much the better team but the high intensity is causing us to panic a bit once it gets into their box. Need to keep up the pressing but calm in front of goal!
Thought Nicholson was gonna score a worldie!

I think we were excellent that half, just missing the goal we deserve. Our back line has been exceptional so far and Kilgour has been a colossus in the air. Our front players are starting to grow into the game and I think we will take all 3 points here UTG .... Kilgour morphing into Steve Elliott ( big ask I know ). UTG...the Glorious Gas |

Westbrook free kicks don’t do anything. 2 in great positions?
Let Leahy take close ones and shoot.
He hit a great volley goal bound but blocked.
Westbrook fired over with a great clear chance.
Should be 2-0 up?

Apparently Team GB have offered Ben Garner th bobsleigh coaching role for th Winter Olympics, in a statement they said they’d never witnessed a team go down hill so quick.

Agree Nicholson is looking very good.

This is a poor Burton team. Could do with testing their keeper a bit more.

You always get booked for those deliberate, cynical ones - think JFH knew their striker was walking a tightrope though, may be why he hooked him. |

Decent first half..... we look the more controlled side and have had most of the efforts.... a few wayward passes but Burton haven’t really threatened.... Westbrooke quieter this match but Nicholson has had a few decent mazy runs and his bringing the ball under control has been sublime. More of the same 2nd half but hopefully we get the breakthrough for our dominance

Good performance but should be two up at least-some really good chances.Wish Westbrooke left some free kicks to other people but only one team in that half.Referee has been pretty awful in allowing Burton to foul at every opportunity and yet McCormick got booked for pretty well his only foul of the half. Let's hope we can keep0 the level of this performance up as we really need three points tonight with Hull on Saturday.

Why didnt McCormick get to take the two free kicks which looked to be in exactly the same place as the "goal of the month" he scored?
