I am really hoping JB follows up on his words and changes things up a bit .... No Harries / Kilgour / Upson / Nicholson or Hanlan or Grant - Last three are carrying injuries the others have been central to many defensive inadequacies. Day in goal ... Flat back four of Williams - Ehmer - Baldwin - Leahy Central Four - McCormick - Westbrooke Rodman Tutonda Front two - Ayunga - Daly Home win - Baldwin to score any time. I wouldn't mind that line-up if it was announced at 6pm My only tweak would be to swap Tutonda and Leahy around or Take Leahy out and put Nicholson on the wide left |

Daly and Ayunga must start, Hanlan and Nicholson need to be rested.
Westbrook to play in a forward role but should be taken off the free kick and corner duties as he's created absolutely zero from them in any of our recent games. Would prefer McCormick / Rodman to have a go to be honest.

Lionheart, If you go for a back four you don't really want a wingback. IMO Harries had a good game on Saturday as did Nicholson and Daly hasn't warranted inclusion since his injury. I would play Ayunga up top with Hanlan and Nicholson tucked in as he caused Accrington problems in the first game. In preference to Upson I would play McCormick.
My team would be along the lines of
Day
Williams Ehmer or Baldwin Harries Koiki or Tutonda
NcCormick
Rodman Westbrooke
Nicholson
Hanlan Ayunga

We'll probably beat Accy as we normally lose and everything is arse about face at the moment. Then the love in for our crackpot of a manager will get even more gut wrenching. How the hell is he a crackpot of a manager..get a grip mate! |

I am with people who’ve said Nicholson should be wide and not in behind. He’s done very little there, scored all his goals from there. Wasted in the hole Westbrooke better there. His creative passing is his best asset, Nicholson is about running with the ball.

I've already resigned myself to relegation this season, just don't think we are good enough to stay up with our defence, why oh why is Davies out on loan I just can't fathom it out. There are only about 5 players that are league 1 standard. 2 nil loss tonight I fear

Genuine question though, how often has Nicholson actually played out wide? It’s only really been under Barton? |

Concede first and it's game over. Got to cut out the stupid mistakes and actually take one of our early chances we create. Would be nice to make an opposition chase the game rather than us chasing it.

Genuine question though, how often has Nicholson actually played out wide? It’s only really been under Barton? Right at the start of the season I think. Either that, or he was playing central but ended up in wide positions. |
