This club can f*ck off. Since 2000 they've tried my patience, getting relegated to the 4th Tier for the first time, then one better to The Conference, I stayed with them. This time I've had enough. I'm older now and don't need the hassle. seriously wonder if others will feel the same. Things are different now; why would any kid want to go to the ramshackle mem in mid winter to watch footballers with very little skill play Harrowgate Town in league Two next season when all their mates run around with man city/Liverpool shirts. I do fear that we're losing future generations with our mediocrity and lack of ambition. Ben Garner has set us back years - cheers Ben. |

Where is the rovers passion, fight and spirit gone?! What a squad of players we have here, gutless all of them. Couldn’t see one player out there firing into his teammates trying to rouse us and get us back into this game. They went a goal down and rolled over and accepted defeat. Even at a goal down there was no response or urgency we see from other teams when we take a lead. The first time tonight I have actually accepted the fact there is a strong possibility we will be relegated. What the hell did garner and widdrington put together here

Almost sick here, but I will not give up, I think we may even hit bottom but it’s a close bottom 6 and I actually relish watching this pan out.

I have been optimistic all the way through this but tonight i am done. We will be relegated as we can't score goals and can't beat extremely poor teams like Swindon who have managed somehow to beat us twice. Yes the ref has cost us tonight as that Was never offside but in general are play is not convincing it looks good until we get into the final third and then it goes nowhere.
Does anyone know if Daly was injured as I just don't get what Hanlon brings to the side at the moment he must train well as I don't know why he gets 90 minutes most weeks with no end product.

Most of these players have never played in front of our fans and have no idea what it means to pull on that shirt.
Not enough of them with the necessary fight and desire required at this club.

Irrespective of the disallowed goal we have been beaten twice by Swindon and they have just won two away games on the trot without conceding.
They are clearly better than us and although I have been hoping we can avoid going down, I have now accepted we are down and out!
Tonight was what this season has been all about, can't score reasonable chances that we create and let in goals for fun at the wrong end.
What a bunch of crap players we have been saddled with, so many of which are contracted to the season after next. Does not bode well for next season unless we have a massive clear out.

I hope Barton doesn’t even say a word to them after that. He shouldn’t waste his breath. If I were him I'd walk away - honestly I would. I'd just come out and say "look, no amount of homework prepared me for how utterly useless this bunch of so called footballers are. They are down. Noone can stop that. I'm out" you may not be far off the mark.Barton will not want to waste three seasons in div 2 trying to find a winning formula with u23 rejects that can handle mens football.to get where we were after ipswich was that one chance we had and blew it |

Just gutted, haven’t felt this low about the club since we fell out the league. It’s been downhill ever since Coughlan left, competent senior pros replaced by Naieve, less interested counterparts.
No goals in the squad and plenty of mistakes, the worst league one side we’ve put together in the last 20 years without a shadow of a doubt.
Huge clear out needed in the summer as I think this lot would struggle in league two,
