Crap yet again , we are incapable of winning back to back games and to not beat this lot sums up how sh** we are , all these players are an embarrassment to us. Can’t keep on blaming the officials , we’re a joke.

I would have taken 1-1 beforehand, regardless of results around us. We are still in touch.
For me it was a penalty, and just the standard mistake let’s us down again. Strikers never even remotely look like scoring which is the biggest issue. If the defence is prone to a mistake and your forwards never score you’re in trouble.
We go again though.

Really disappointing.
We are weak and so prone to error at the back that conceding is always likely. Yes perhaps Baldwin was nudged but he has to be, imho, stronger.
We drop a place on GD as Wigan score a late goal. Sadly I can't see us getting enough points in our remaining 5 games to stay up. Got to hope Swindon win their three(?) six pointers in the mini league, and then get a massive points deduction, and somehow we do find enough points, but I can't see where...

How many times do our players just welly the ball forward when its easier to get the ball under control and play a pass?
Upson is the worst exponent of this.
Coupled with the amount of needless free kicks we give away it is so bloody frustrating.

If I performed like these referees in my job I would be fired. They face absolutely no repercussions for their disgraceful decisions, they don’t even have to answer for them in interviews.

I think it was a definite penalty ...
Today too many players have been average or below average and we didn’t deserve a win .
Anssi - Tentative at times .. Dodgeball effort at the penalty
Luke - our best player
Baldwin and Harries did little wrong but neither great today
Williams - ok
Martinez - poorest game I have seen from him
Luke Mc - gave possession away far too much
Upson- Great shot but little else
Westbrooke - Nothing really positive
Hanlan - fell over but was getting kicked all game
Jonah- effort with no end product
Hare and Daly added nothing.
Two more points thrown away... Northampton were awful we are not much better. Some teams down the bottom clearly want it more though.

Oh for a decent striker. As for throw ins Northampton were stealing yards all afternoon. If refs are stringent over placing of free kicks why not throw ins. The Third Official just let them get away with it too.

We really needed a win today and results have gone against us.
However its still not over, we've got 3 home games against Lincoln who are in free fall(Not to dissimilar to us back in 2000), MK Dons and Crewe both off which have nothing to play for and hopefully will already be in beach mode.
Those games are all must win.
We can still do it.

Can’t keep blaming the officials , yes we have been unlucky but the fact remains unfortunately that our strikers are terrible , in my opinion the worst I’ve ever seen at the club and a defensive unit that has more holes than a colander , I hate saying this as this as I like everyone else love this club but we simply aren’t good enough this season and deserve to be relegated. |

Why did we goto 5 at the back, you deserve what you get if you go trying to defend a 1 goal lead.
Our strikers were out battled all game and we bring on something different with about 5 mins to go, I am afraid JB needs to look at this decision-making.

Just saw Lincoln came back from 2-0 down against Blackpool today.
So have shown some fight there, and not quite in as much free fall as I thought
So next Saturday is crucial.
