Hopefully they make it thorough at the shitpit so we have Exeter and them local to see when they play the Gas Hmm. The bigger draw for me is seeing Gary Johnson fail again. I still remember his awful Yeovil side cheating for 90 mins Conflict isn’t it - especially as he’s ex sh**. In moving back to devon I’m being selfish but doesn’t everyone like a trip to the warm seaside over the monkeyhangers Place or grim Stockportl lol

Also Gary Johnson at the Mem? That’s always fun, bring it on I say UTG!

The atmosphere was electric and Agogo stepped up to the mark and took over will forever live on in my memory as one of the greatest games at the Mem

I still remember his awful Yeovil side cheating for 90 mins I sense fans who actually watch us play would far sooner Torquay than Stockport or Hartlepool promoted! Torquay is overrated, everything seems to close early there these days. I used to enjoy the trips to Stockport. Also "actually watch us play" are you saying I don't go to games Topper?

Just seen the final is at Bristol Bears ground Just shows how far ahead they are. Their ground is hosting play off finals and half of ours would blow away in a gale.

Neither would I, but my point was that if we DID get promotion via the playoffs then surely that would still be acceptable. Absolutely but I still remember the heartache at Vale Park in 89, Wembley in 95 and Sixfields in 98 so would want to avoid the playoffs at all costs Did you have to mention those games ! The worst one, for me, was at six fields. We had such a good lead going into it. My second lowest point following Rovers. The first being the 2000 nearly season.

Fantastic away support all the way up there, hope they return to the league. I remember watching Weston vs Torquay on a cold Tuesday night in the National League South and Torquay brought over 1,000 fans and made one hell of a racket. Was tremendous support that night.
