Right, come january lets try and bin the likes of Martin, Leadbitter, Gosling and Harrison and try and get some better quality attacking midfielders.

We have to face facts.our goal difference says it all, not good enough by a country mile to overhaul the likes of Barnet.
Definately two points lost against another team of part timers.
If we are relying on the likes of Gosling to change the course of a game we will be waiting a very long time! He was appalling last week and by the sound of it, no better this week.

He's clearly wrong the majority of the time but he's too stubborn to admit it. He drags you down to his level. Anyways, Taylor didn't start today so i'll presume we won 4-0. Get in Gas, well done! We weren't in a relegation position at the time Ward left the club.Can you explain who was in charge at the end of the season,because I am sure it was the clueless one. Clarke was obviously in charge at the end of the season, BUT in charge of a bunch of feckless useless barstewards who clearly weren't interested in playing for our club, in now way culpable for what happened. I will not deny the players were not good enough,and some of them did not seem interested,but as I said it was Clarke that got us in to this league, we were not in a relegation position when he took the job but were when the season finished.It was his fault.John Ward was not here so can not be blamed. |

Think injuries hurt us big time today. Monkhouse, LDV, Mildy, Taylor all couldn't start because of injuries, I still don't think Balanta is ready for starting games yet either. Just a week ago we were lauding our strength in depth, but we were back to having Gos and Leadbitter on the bench today (nothing against them)

Sounds like what we were told and expected really.
Scoring goals at any level is the most difficult part of the game and when most teams you play are set up not to lose it's even harder!
I always feel if we can get one we will go on to win but it's just getting your nose in front!
