No f a cup replays this season Just Round 3 and 4 so far. Think this helps us, more chance of scrapping through in one game with pens than over 2

Surely Orient away in the East end of London with the worse covid infections must be postponed too.
Crawley on 28 Dex must be another candidate for postponenent.
Safety before sport.

I don’t think we will see Rovers again before Easter.

I don’t think we will see Rovers again before Easter. As in you don’t think we’ll play until then, or that we won’t be allowed to attend?

I don’t think we will see Rovers again before Easter. I think you might be right. This is escalating rapidly. Those 6 matches cancelled so far for Boxing Day will be about 66 by then, and it can only get worse. Especially if they allow hundreds of thousands into stadiums, which they won't, imo.

Sadly, and I desperately don’t want it, I think we all are coming to terms that another lockdown is on its way.
Stay safe everyone, stay healthy and look after your mental health. 💙

I think worst case we’ll be back in grounds end of Jan.
Boosters in the arms, younger people getting vaccinated too, higher rate of spread but a weaker variant, it’ll be over quick if we get locked down IMO.
Had my 3rd jab yesterday and two girls in front were getting their first vaccines - one was 17 the other 12. Good on them.

"worse case" do you know more than SAGE as even they don't seem to have a clue how bad Omicron is likely to be in the UK once it really gets established outside of London.

Assumptions that it’s not a weaker variant and that the vaccine doesn’t control the amount of hospitalisations. Everything I’ve read - official stats, quality newspapers (not Bristol Post doommongery) has been promising even if cases are accelerating. Weather forecasters have good models but we often rib them for getting it wrong. Don’t forget all hell was supposed to break lose each time the reins were released back in the first part of the year.

It won’t be a full on lockdown though it’ll be restaurants/ pubs half capacity schools shut construction still open etc.

I don’t think we will see Rovers again before Easter. As in you don’t think we’ll play until then, or that we won’t be allowed to attend? I think covid rates will make it extremely difficult for clubs to fulfil fixtures. Even if players are fit, you have to consider match day staff absences etc. I can see another lockdown personally. The govt seem concerned and they will know a lot more than they are letting on at this stage.
