Glad I’m watching Gers v Frankfurt! Peter Walton having to do the refs viewpoint as well. He's not had a great couple of weeks. Gers 1 up. Very lucky not to concede a penalty though. |

Just read something about Northampton fans throwing flares. Was that visible on the tv? After todays EFL statement will the governing bodies intervene? Points deduction for next season? That would make The Hotel End worth reading. Actually it already is worth reading trolololololol.

That was poor, saw most of it and I didn’t see either keeper have a real save to make. Mansfield set themselves up well and no quality form Northampton. Didn’t really care who won but with Mansfield I get the impression their owner will spend some cash to do well. If Northampton had won that would likely have been one of the bottom four. Not a great advert for League 1. Perhaps I’ve been spoiled since Christmas!
And sorry but I do feel some sympathy for Northampton, not our fault but I’d have been steaming if the shoe was on the other foot with Scunthorpe. But not too much. 😉

I don’t want the game to become more sanitised than it already is but is this sort of thing happening in Europe? Is it just a stain on the English game? I know people don’t want football to become too sanitised but it is getting out of hand. |
