I believe that the Blue Diamond Club is still operating, they had a lunch just before Christmas. Blue Diamond ClubIndeed they did have Xmas meal but not allowed to host it at the Mem like the former players association annual meal had to host it at Gloucestershire County cricket club...go figure? I don't understand why they are not allowed to host it at The Mem, when the club are advertising that such events can be catered for. Very Odd. Multi-purpose venue

Just posted my ticket for Saturday on sale and also Burton (H) further down the line owing to work commitments. Will receive £15 for each, East Terrace ticket. Could not have been easier, quite literally took minutes. You'll only get the money if someone buys them. They appear in red on the website but no one has announced that. Most people will go for a blue dot first if they don't know what the red dots are. Aye I wasn’t expecting cash back for nothing😂

So, the first game of the ticket exchange and Boom.
So, you sell your ticket coz you can't make it.
If its postponed and you can make the replay, can you buy your ticket back?

I’ve had it confirmed that my ticket is now gone forever - I’m gonna have to buy a new bloody ticket for the rearranged game! 😂 I’m not massively surprised this is what the system does, but it’s not really put across in the clubs announcement at all.

Surely that's no different than if you sell a concert ticket, if the gig was then cancelled you wouldn't expect to still get into the rearranged gig?

Yeah, I’m under no illusions that it’s expected behaviour. It’s just annoying.

Sorry if this has been covered but if a ST Holder sells their ticket for a certain match do you automatically get an immediate refund (TM credit) or do you need to wait for your ticket to be sold on? My ST is on the East Terrace but I want to go to another part of the ground for the Burton game, I obviously don’t want to give up my ST for nothing to then buy a ticket elsewhere and effectively pay twice for that game.
Thanks.

East Terrace rarely sells out so I may well end up watching the game having bought two tickets. The lack of certainty means I probably won’t bother.

I see why you'd think that however there's no way the blackthorn sold out for Wycombe, and yet my ticket sold. I was confused by that!

It was sold out for Wycombe in the Blackthorn end as I had been looking out for two tickets to buy for friends that had returned to the UK for that weekend. I had been trying to even get the resale tickets but unable to buy two at the same time it was lucky I didn't in the end as they have since gone back.

The power of advertising as it hasn't been the Blackthorn End for over 10 years!

Anyone tried to sell a group of tickets on a family ST? We can’t make the Ipswich game - no problem selling my ticket but when I try selling the kids’ tickets, it times out with an error message. I tried selecting our tickets together, selecting both kids’ tickets together, and selecting them individually. I’ve also tried selling them from my account and logging in to their accounts but still the same issue. I’ll get £15 for my ticket so not really bothered about getting any money for theirs but it seems a shame that 2 people will miss out on a game I expect will sell out (I’m assuming that their spaces are counted when it comes to determining how many tickets are available).

I spoke to Pete about this recently and it seems you can't do it. we've got 2x U16 with an adult in the Thatchers and we can only sell the adult one on the exchange. Odd as the club could make more money selling the 2 x U16 to 2 adults, but it seems the Ticketmaster platform can't accommodate it.

I wonder if it processes a family ST package as a single ST in this case. Still, 15 quid for a game we can’t make is better than nothing. Just a shame the two other spaces couldn’t be freed up for someone.

Pete said "I’ve just had a look into this for you and because the tickets assigned to A and F are free as part of the family saver ticket, we cant list them on the ticket exchange as there is no value to them so we can’t process any credit back to an account if they sell as they are 0 value."

Thanks. Still a shame they can’t take the match off the two cards and produce two additional tickets for the club to sell even if I don’t benefit from it I’d be happy for the club to get some extra cash.
