Had massive FOMO about tonight’s game so delighted when the tickets went on sale this morning.
Hope I’m not directly behind a pillar 😂

Can't believe they named it the Brunel Stand, sponsorship or not it still could have been the Geoff Bradford Brunel or the Gerry Francis Brunel Stand etc
As fans I feel we need to have a voice over our club.....remember' no fans money then no bloody clubby!

Possibly the first 10k plus crowd we've had in a while

I think they would deserve a better design imo. Maybe if the East or North is done to a really decent quality. I'd also throw in Denis Dunford. Mind you, we'd probably run out of stands. How about The Gaschat Stand? 😃

I don't think a temporary stand that will be half filled most of the time with away fans is a fitting tribute to either of them. Much better to save that sort of thing for a proper main stand i.e. East or North if it's ever built.

It’s a temporary stand, class is permanent.

Please get some photos of the concourse and views those in the central blocks tonight!
Also, isn’t Brunel the sponsor of the old stand, probably get renewed in the summer with something else?

Was anyone sat in the South Stand last night?
What was it like?
I'm getting on now and my standing on the Thatchers years may ne numbered.
Would you consider a season ticket there?

Great to see fans back in the south stand tonight, made a good bit of noise as well. Would be good to get a splinter group in there from the Thatchers on wind up duty

Sat in block F row B last night and other than the odd bit of pillar dodging if the ball was down towards corner flag (no different to where I used to stand in thatchers end), the view was fantastic, so close to the pitch it gives you a different perspective on the game.
Nice to see the rest of the ground full too.
Didn’t get a beer in time at the break as only 1 option open with only 2 taps but I’m sure this is only temporary due to late notice of south stand re opening last night.
I’d happily get a season ticket there with my little one.

Was good and a great view even with the much maligned pillars , Atmosphere excellent after we scored . it was good to be closer to away supporters as you feed off each other . One thing I will say is you can really see where we need to strengthen form high up behind the goal . not going to name the usual suspects but you get the gist . Also fair play to Norwich massive trip on a week night and made loads of noise. Defo gonna sit there from now on

If you're on Facebook quite a few people on various Keith Brookman posts have replied with photos of the view from their seats. All of them with a great view and many commenting on how good the atmosphere was (even half full). Those photos plus the view from the main camera make it look like a proper (albeit lower league) football ground

Did take a photo of the concourse last night, but no idea how to post it on here. Any guidance appreciated. It’s just an empty space at the moment, no sign of any toilet blocks. There are however some extra food outlets etc outside on the west side, although only one was open last night.

View so much better and you get to see the other end of the pitch. Loads of leg room and a pa system that works.
