I don't agree with that. I was in the South Stand yesterday and there was more than a few hundred. I reckon there was over 1000 in there. There was 747 , I counted them all in the second half 🙄 that was a jumbo crowd then

[br moved around a bit so you might have counted me more than once We said we would move after each goal. On 20 mins, we did think we would end up sitting in pretty much each row. 🤣

What is happening to those who originally had season tickets for the South Stand this season? Will they be moved there once its 100% open or just stay put wherever they were moved to for the rest of this season?

£29 to watch 3rd division football. Our owners need a reality check I wouldn’t pay 29 pounds absolutely not !!!! 🙃💙Utg

Although I will say again the view was pretty good ( was sat near the back of the block behind the goal). Didn’t buy a season ticket this yr but would consider getting one for next season in that end if the cost is reasonable. My daughter is getting the Gas bug now , so let’s hope the club do some decent offers for adults plus kids season ticket offers. slam What happened to the club announcement on ticket prices ?

Club need to make it a much more attractive price especially for the young - far too expensive for the quality of football on offer ! 💙

Will they be moved there once its 100% open or just stay put wherever they were moved to for the rest of this season? I think they have already moved. Nobody has South Stand season tickets this season as we were all moved last season to the SW stand or other areas of the ground. Now that the South Stand is open, and having sat there for the last few games, I will certainly be moving our season tickets back there for next season. The view is great from the higher rows and far better than the SW stand. This season has been unsatisfactory as a season ticket holder. We've gone from no seats to standing to seats wherever they could be found to unreserved temporary seats to unreserved permanent seats and, as it stands, to reserved seats - albeit different ones for each game!

The increase in capacity, although back to what it was originally, should give the club more scope to offer cheap kids season tickets in that stand when accompanied by a full paying adult. It should be a major drive to get those season ticket numbers up to 7 or maybe 8 thousand, and encourage the next generation. The south stand must not become a white elephant only being full when handed over to the bigger clubs away support.

The South Stand Season Ticket pricing for next season will be critical.
Is it conceivable that Under 12 fans will be able to buy a ST for £55?
They could also be given a FREE outfield team replica shirt worth about £40.
This might well bring in 6,100 supporters in this category.
A dream. A nightmare. A normal season event at a rugby ground. Who knows?

Who knows? So basically give them free entry for a full season given a replica shirt is around £40? I can't recall we've ever done that as a club in the past and see no real need to do it now. Discounted family tickets seems the way to go for me.

Who knows? City do a good job on attracting young supporters and families of that there is no doubt. But they have a user friendly stadium that holds 27,000, so lots of space on an average game to put the discounted ticket holders. Plus, their main attraction is a higher level/standard of football which is the main attraction for the young. Our new owners seem to be slowly improving our facilities, but without progression on the pitch it doesn’t matter what deals/discounts are offered, the young won’t come in their numbers.

Need to get stand at 75% capacity to pass the test event. Just read it again. So those already in south stand will be refunded the difference..... actually it'll be a credit to ticketmaster account. Does the credit have an expiry date, could someone argue if they wanted cash back. Got my ST for east stand on ticket exchange as not sure if I'll get there tomorrow so its unlikely to sell with the south stand offer. If I could get to the ground beforehand and switch to south stand I'd get a credit and could just go back home rather than watch the game. A bit last minute..... AGAIN.

We are delighted to be offering a limited number of £10 tickets in the Brunel South Stand for tomorrow's fixture versus Exeter City.
You can purchase your ticket HERE. In order for the Brunel South Stand to become fully operational beginning with our game versus Oxford on Saturday 27th January, the club is required to prove full functionality through a 75% capacity test event beforehand.
To ensure that we meet this 75% requirement for tomorrow's game against Exeter, we will be offering £10 tickets to all supporters seated in this stand.
For all supporters who have already purchased a ticket for this fixture within the South Stand at full price, the club will be refunding the difference in cost via TicketMaster credit. This credit can be used towards future ticketing purchases with the club. For all supporters who have already purchased a ticket elsewhere in the stadium, and would like to move into the South Stand, this can be done in-store whilst stocks last, before 5pm tomorrow.
Thanks again for your support, and we look forward to seeing you all at The Mem tomorrow night.
