£10 for fans sitting in the South Stand tomorrow. Excellent. Obviously need to get in 75% full for the test

The South Stand Season Ticket pricing for next season will be critical. Is it conceivable that Under 12 fans will be able to buy a ST for £55? They could also be given a FREE outfield team replica shirt worth about £40. This might well bring in 6,100 supporters in this category. A dream. A nightmare. A normal season event at a rugby ground. Who knows? City do a good job on attracting young supporters and families of that there is no doubt. But they have a user friendly stadium that holds 27,000, so lots of space on an average game to put the discounted ticket holders. Plus, their main attraction is a higher level/standard of football which is the main attraction for the young. Our new owners seem to be slowly improving our facilities, but without progression on the pitch it doesn’t matter what deals/discounts are offered, the young won’t come in their numbers.

It’s a myth that there is a big pool of young fans waiting to watch Rovers or the sh1t.
Youngsters will generally follow their parents or family members to one or the other, or get swallowed up supporting prem sides.

Good move by the club hopefully we'll sell out the 75% now. It could be a bit awkward if we dont

I know plenty of reds who's parents wernt football fans but they went to the sh*t because most of their mates did. That in turn creates a larger future fan base.

I would agree with part of that, but there a lot of people in the city, who don't have family who support either. They could be students, knew to the area, or their family don't like football etc.

Plenty of housing development in the North of Bristol, Brabazon is looking to include 1500 student flats and UWE have a large transient population. Even if they support Premiership teams, we could become their second team at least while they are here.
Get the capacity up and marketing right.

I would imagine midweek or November/January matches v the likes of Lincoln or Stevenage will be this sort of price next season.

I would happily move from the West stand to the South Stand for this game if it helps gets the numbers up (also to check out the view which looks great).
I'm a season ticket holder. Is this possible?
