He's the manager, his job is to manage all aspects of the club as he sees fit, let him manage.
When it goes wrong we have the right to criticise, but otherwise we should just let him get on with it.
Most players who've had a public roasting have responded positively.

Players expect praise when things are going well, however the flip side also applies. In addition as our admission money pays for players salary then it is not out of order for us to see comments by the manager in the public domain. The flip side of praising players who are doing well isn't necessarily slagging them off when their form dips. There are other approaches, like motivation, consideration, development and empathy. It can be done. And if you are going to lambast them then at least make sure you do it behind closed doors! 🙈

If a warning (3 strikes) comes for ducking a header. Then surely wanting a season to be over as "nothing to play for" warrants a warning. As he has done this twice now (first season) these things alone put him now on his final warning...by his own philosophy. Unless of course he is a hypocrite....
