The Owls fans will be fuming with that.
Letting Ipswich & Barnsley right in the front door.

Well done FG, won't make a lot of difference to them but sure does put a spanner in the Weds works, also shows we have nowt to fear when they come to town.

Panic sets in by then and form is out of the window. We, with no pressure,.can win them all.

At Exeter tonight.Their dilemma is that if they beat Barnsley they will do rivals Muff a big favour. Both above us so no bearing on our own placing.

Exeter look like being the first of the promoted teams to reach the magic 52. What have they done better than us do we think.
Also. Would take both Notts County’s scorers next season if we sell Collins.

How quickly situations change. A side that was in The Championship just a decade ago.
Yeovil Town have 5 Away matches out of 8 to go. Their Away form is not too good.
They look like they are going to be in National League South in 2023/24.
They are probably playing Taunton Town, Bath City, Torquay United and Chippenham Town next season.
Meanwhile, National League North will be welcoming Scunthorpe United next season. 7-0. The Impossible Dream.

At the top Notts C (or Wrexham) look like getting to over 100 pts and could well still be playing NL football next season.
Did Chris Hargreaves do a BG at Yeovil, recruitment wise, from which they've never really recovered?

Did Chris Hargreaves do a BG at Yeovil, recruitment wise, from which they've never really recovered? Hargreaves had his best player and top goalscoring threat Knowles sold 2 days before the season started and even after that only had a budget that was 18th/19th best in the league. The club was a shambles off the pitch when he joined with no scouts, coaches, physio and support staff in general.

As others have said, the NL is very difficult to get out of. I think the relegated League 2 sides operating on a much reduced budget, having lost most of their decent players, find it difficult to compete with the sides used to life at that level, and of course many of the top sides are on a par with L2 clubs.
We should all thank our lucky stars that we just about escaped first time round. Look at Oldham Athletic. What the hell are they doing down there below mid table? Nobody can rely on reputation or support.
I'm still trying to work out if the experience was good for us in the long term or not.

Wrexham on 97 points & still have 8 games left😂🤣😂That’s 110 points easy. Notts County will finish on 100+ points and not go up, you heard it here!!
The lobbying for 2 auto places and one play off, with 3 down from League 2 will be stronger than ever after this.

Would take both Notts County’s scorers next season if we sell Collins. They have continued to build their team around their academy and don't need to rebuild every 12 months. That said, this summer will be a test for the new manager but his recruitment looks to be decent so far.

Rodrigues is out of contract at the end of season, but Langstaff is contracted and it would take a big offer to tempt them to sell. Certainly an offer that would smash our record fee paid.

I think that the club needed to bottom out in order to shed a lot of dead wood, and get back to basics. DC was exactly what we needed at the time.
