So there i was partaking in the morning refreshment ritual ' what cereal would you like'? says she who must be obeyed, 'Weetabix' says I and the brain wakes up! it's the Weetabix derby day!, then I looks at Calendar ...2OND May! So on discovering that no one has started thread ( what's with all this apathy!)i ,unusually for me., doth offer my services! so Happy 2ond May to you all ,especially those who can say 'I was There ', no doubt plenty of Teds waking up in a cold sweat this morning! As for the match, Shrews in terrible form and i fully expect three points for Rovers with a 3-1 win, now where have i seen that prediction before?! safe journey ya all , best of luck team, up the Rovers!!

Two memories.
1.Will Puddy had a mare there once.
2.Was on the line on THE 2nd May at Forest v United a few days before United were in the Cup Final.Stuart Pearce and Steve Bruce captains.Anyway after the game the old boy who looked after us brought the evenings results in on a scrap of paper and there it was!!!!!!!!!!

Actually excited for this game even tho there is nothing riding on it except trying to get to 13th!
Will be on iFollow hoping for another decent showing after Pboro, but hopefully with lots of goal mouth action for us and a brace for Azza

Surprised McCormick didnt even make the bench Saturday with Evans out. Assume he is back tonight, some tinkering expected.

Always fancy us against Shrewsbury. Obviously happy memories of our Wembley win against them. Those 10 seconds from when Igoe collected the ball, and sent it towards goal and seeing it creep over the line. And of course Richard Walkers goal to put us 2-1 up. Had that goal been scored on MOTD it would have won goal of the season. Great skill.
I’ll go for a 1-0 win, early goal and see out the game.
