Quansah will be hoping the title thread has some truth in it, Clarke Salter hasn’t played below the championship since he left us!

Quansah is very raw, questionable positioning at times, passing not great, not a very good header of the ball. At times he looks quick, but got absolutely roasted for the second goal last night. Want the lad to do well and maybe he will develop quickly but not been very impressed with what I've seen. What's your summary of Connolly's performances this season? thread is not about Connolly.

Quansah is class, and will play a very good standard of football in his career.
Unfortunately, our manager, hasn't got a great track record with defenders at this level... Yes Gibson is good, too good for L1, but he is still part of a defence which is very fragile.
I'm not sure exactly how much Bondy did towards the defence and team in general, but our form since his departure has been borderline terrible.
Going back to Quansah, if he had a Tony Craig or a Mark McCrystal type, he'd be fantastic, I'm sure.

Some games he's been OK, but Quansah seems to be at fault for all the goals conceded at the moment. I actually thought we looked more solid when Quansah was suspended, then he cost us a couple of goals the first game back and we look poor in defence again.

No question he's got some ability but at this moment in time he's a liability.
You can't have a player that gifts the opposition chances in nearly every game through rank bad defending.
He's been directly responsible for a number of goals since he joined.
He'll no doubt end up playing higher up the pyramid but right now, he's not good enough if we want to be challenging for a top 6 finish next season.

Wish the lad well for the future and thanks for all he has done. However, i dont rate it as a successful loan . At fault for too many of the goals conceded. He will learn and improve im sure just not cut out for League one currently.

Good footballer on the ball, not sure he likes to get stuck in, definitely does not think quickly when he has not got the ball, and gets caught on his heels, as was the case this week at Shrewsbury.

Quansah has signed a new contract with Liverpool today. Wonder if he'll risk singing the national anthem when on duty with England's U20 side? 😂

On as sub for Liverpool. Who'd have thought? another young player Barton has loaned that has gone on to play Premier league football shortly after..

I burst out laughing when the commentator said he had a “successful loan spell” with us. He was utterly f*cking w**k🤣

Who'd have thought Quansah would have got more game time today than EA, who now seems to have Harvey Barnes stopping him from even making appearances from the bench. Far play to Quansah as he's been part of a famous away win

I burst out laughing when the commentator said he had a “successful loan spell” with us. He was utterly f*cking w**k🤣 And yet he is now picked in the Liverpool match day squad and came on and played well. And our genius of a manager who, reading this place has signed new players who are going to help us “p*** this league” can’t even beat Wycombe at home. You may have ‘burst out laughing,’ I didn’t. For clarity, I hope we can do better and ‘p*** the league’ but JB needs to do much better than he’s done so far. And I hope the loan signings we’ve made will get better support than some seem able to give Quansah. Well done to him, I hope he has fonder memories of us than some seem to have of him. 😉 UTG!

Strange that I guess you felt that his loan spell was a complete success for us then?

He seems to be ahead of Anderson now as well, to be fair he looked very good but if Anderson is just gonna be stuck getting 5 10 minutes here and there again then he needs a championship or low level premiership loan. Newcastle seem to have almost too many options for that part of the field and real talent is being wasted whoever gets the game time, be it Anderson or not imo
