Defensive coach or coaches
Our stats, especially from set pieces are shocking. Needs to be sorted, it’s not just players it must be coaching.
Since bond left it has got much worse

Since bond left it has got much worse When Anderton is through his treatment I’m hoping that he is brought in to support this. I know we’ve confirmed that there will be a role for him at the club but we haven’t said what |

South Stand
Relayed pitch
Quarters phase 2
Coaching setup
U23s or similar
Quality spine to the First XI
For me, if pressed, I would go for the South Stand for what it brings to attendance figures, atmosphere and psychologically the impression we aren't standing still but making some genuine progress.

A centreback that can win challenges in the air and head to safe places. A player like that will enable Gibson and Connolly to shine more.

Most important development will be that of Collins
Can we build a potent strike force around him again or will we be potentially rebuilding an entirely new front line?
Loft not good enough, Marquis ok as an impact sub, Coburn might not return
Defence will also need a complete overhaul if Gibson and Quansah don’t return, although like others I’d be prioritising a big old wily experienced commander at CB
New left back needed
And some genuine width and pace on the flanks!!
I’m confident things will continue to improve, the sell out yesterday tells me overall fans are happy with the way the club are going
Good learning curve this season, keep our best players and we should be fine

If he's does go then sooner the better imo

I think the problem we have is that JB wants ball playing defenders. At this level finding players who can play the ball out from the back and be dominant in the air are hard to find. The majority of players that can do both are playing at a higher level. Personally, I think we should be looking for one of each player to play alongside one another. |

If I was a player looking for a big money deal this summer then I'd be trying to look my best not worst. |

If I was a player looking for a big money deal this summer then I'd be trying to look my best not worst. Lack of effort ? His goals & assists tally may have gone down but I certainly wouldn't have said his effort had. They get monitored every day so there's no way he'd have got away with downing tools. Bit disrespectful to suggest otherwise imo |

You have to ask what type of teams will be in for him and if they have the money to spend that much on one player |

£4m for a player who's done little since January, that must make JCH worth around £6m! On present form £2m or more would be a good deal.
