The same people moaning about Tom not signing a new contract are probably the same people on here slagging him off week after week for not being good enough Tom?

Luton v Cov final. Happy with that. Two proper clubs who’ve seen some bad times. One will be in the Prem. Hope it’s Luton for Locks and so that all prem fans can experience ‘that’ entrance to an away end, but also would be happy for Cov too. For the loser - Another year in the Championship at the very least. This was your highlight reel - talk to BCFC 82 they can share their emotional turmoils. For the winner - You can now potentially embark on your Yo -Yo life with your parachute payments until they run out and submerge yourself into the depths again Sadly either of those clubs will likely come straight back down potentially and could well put the all time lowest points effort at risk. Delighted for them both and a real FFS message to the sleeping giants of the Championship who have had a shocker of a season and missed out on a golden opportunity to get to the promised land.

The teds must be wondering why these clubs are coming up from L1 and bypassing them while they continue to blow their millions every year It will only take the one good year and SL will probably be reversing much that he has said. There is a massive gap between tiers 2 and 3 and monies paid, horrendous

That's what I thought. So straight after we were relegated with 38 points. Having earned none in the last half dozen games... How is that relevant to the current play-offs?

I sense an early goal tonight….
For the Posh, cue an exodus out of Hillsborough and a truly toxic atmosphere throughout the night.
Can’t wait for the JCH rocket🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻

Tilly I was just musing over the time we got relegated and the manager at Luton who might of been ours if we tried. Maybe we did. Who knows.

There is a massive gap between tiers 2 and 3 and monies paid, horrendous Luton and Coventry City seem to have confirmed there's not a great difference between the two tiers as I can't imagine either of those two have big playing budgets, some of the Coventry players playing against 'boro even played in L1.

But its still true as a consistent trend. The bottom ten or so are light years behind those above them, and the top six or so are in a different dimension. Not sure Brentford are light years ahead of the bottom ten, likewise Brighton have only turned the corner this season. The top six plus usually Chelsea are in a different league financially so can buy the best players, similar the L1 where the top 10 are in a different league financially although Plymouth crash their stronghold with a much smaller playing budget. Was just reading this about Plymouth.

Sky sports have such a hard on for Wednesday it’s ridiculous. Calling every home player by their full name, but anyone wearing a Posh shirt it’s “the Peterborough Player”🙃

Surely it’s in our best interest for Wednesday to win this one? Bigger team potentially leaving the league. If Peterborough don’t get promoted JCH may leave in the summer and we’d finally get our cut.

I suppose the same could have happened in reverse for Coventry if they hadn't stuck with Robbins - a game of chance, with no guarantees. I'm enjoying some of the bigger Premiership teams "struggling" by their normal standards, and clubs such as Brighton rocking the boat. (Apologies, nothing to do with play-off either!)
