The couple before that (Agogo and JCH) turned out alright though. Tom Davies Solid centre back and underrated part of that side that got us up to 4th in League One at one point. Had a bad knee injury which he struggled with for a while, then Garner decided to loan him out rather than play him in the season when we went down.
Could have been a decent signing had things transpired differently.

Was it at Pompey that he had a pretty poor loan spell? But over the years there has been enough examples where players do poorly at one club only to do very well at another. So if JB has done his homework and signs players then we have to trust that process, I guess. 😉 UTG! |

We've been linked with that guy for what must be 2-3 years now.. and looking at his record he's done nothing since the first time we were linked. Not strictly Retained List - but
Quansah at fault last night for England U20s as he gave away a penalty in the last few minutes for handball .
JB says he would take all our loanees back but this guy is just too dangerous and clumsy for my liking.

Luke Thomas offered new contract at Barnsley…. Could be just a ploy so that they say they tried to keep him if he does move to Rovers and turns out to be a star player, I assume he's considering his options like Grant Ward also seems to be doing. |
