Wonder what the hold up is with Teo’s pending arrival? wonder if all this talk of new investment could mean looking to pay and bring in higher quality, if EFL approval is given, be bad timing for the lad as he’s looked ace in friendlies. He would fit into U21 category so wouldn’t take up a squad space. At least worth a contract even if we were looking in a different market since the ‘investment’ (I doubt it’s that much different). |

Interesting to see Shrewsbury in for return of Derby’s James Colllins… you’d imagine he’s on £6-8k a week at Derby. Big move for Shrews if they pull that off.

Definitely need to bolster the midfield now , hopefully we’ve got a player or two lined up to come in . A playmaker & a water carrier needed. Think we definitely need another midfielder with some bite. It's nice having some exciting and creative forwards when we have the ball. But, we need to make sure we are effective in winning the ball back, when out of possession, to maximise their opportunities to score and create. Yep, and a left back as well tbh and I think we'd be good to go |

Lots of rumours of 3 players to sign...
Interesting to note- we've named a squad of 25 of which I believe 19 qualify as over 21s for 23/24. Meaning after these 3 (assuming over 21s) we are done bar youth.

Maybe Villa don’t want that or if a loan don’t think he’ll play enough. If we get him Taylor and a young fast striker/winger on loan it will be the best window ever. |
