Thought hanlan was a Donkey for us (soon ate my words when he came on and caused us trouble last weekend) should be a good purchase for Wrexham. No he was ,probably a nice fella but the memories of that relegation season and Hanlon looking out of sorts still haunt me.... |

Thought he was going to Aimens in France ? terminated the Reading contract rather than a transfer which means he has beyond the transfer window to reach a deal. This is the rumour atm |

He was just flogged to death in a terrible team. He's never been a goalscorer, so to expect him to suddenly be our main goal threat in such a sh*t side was asking for trouble. I actually think he’d fit into our current team pretty well. |

I think by 11-12 lunchtime reports will come out the JCH move has fallen through. We will make a £300k bid for a decent L2 / L1 striker who's started season well, that'll pass us by & we'll get a 21 year old ST on loan in the dying embers who will end of up being very good. Let's see if I'm right!

All been pretty quiet eh? Belshaw and Loft both attended training today. Maybe both won't be going anywhere? Holding onto Loft as we know we won't be signing a CF, IMO.

Well if we don't manage to sign that elusive striker today it's going to be a long first half of the season before we can sort something when there is no value in January we are repeatedly told.
Can't see us even being top ten if we are relying on Marquis, Collins and Sinclair to score the goals .... seriously need that true No 9 !

They're all top quality forwards when things click and they start scoring goals. If you offered most league one fsns that forward line they'd probably bite your hand off. |
